The Sagrada Bright Apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Spanning approximately one hundred square meters, this bright and spacious home provides plenty of room to relax. The dining area, located at the front of the building, is complemented by bedrooms positioned in the middle and back of the apartment, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy entry hall. Toward the back of the apartment, you’ll find the large bathroom with a bathtub, followed by the fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the essentials for cooking at home. Next is the quiet and spacious living room, connected to the dining area and a small gallery, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee. The smaller bathroom, equipped with a shower, and a laundry closet are also located here.

Moving to the other side of the apartment, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the master bedroom, which features a window overlooking the charming street below. For added comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room and the master bedroom.

Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor (second floor by local standards) and can be accessed via ergonomic stairs, as there is no elevator.
