Family Apartment 'Duplex Beach Masnou' with Jacuzzi, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

  • Located in El Masnou, this spectacular 125 m² duplex penthouse on the second floor accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. Ideal for families, one bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, gas radiator heating in all rooms, TV, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, fan, and a large workspace with direct access to the terrace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



    Step out onto your private terrace, equipped with 2 loungers, a dining table, an awning for sun protection, and a private jacuzzi where you can relax. Use of the jacuzzi is not allowed after 10:00 p.m. Noise, loud music, and any kind of party are strictly prohibited on the property.



    A shared parking space is included for a small car and a motorcycle. Vehicles that exceed the white boundary lines must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. No events are permitted, and this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, so noise and loud music are not allowed after 9:00 p.m. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 30 years old or groups of friends. There is no elevator in the building.



    The property is 25 minutes by train from central Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), with the station and beach just a 7-minute walk away. El Masnou offers a beach and port area with excellent dining options. Public transport is very close. The bus and train zone is 2. Note that Masnou has streets with slopes to consider for elderly guests.

Good house 15 min away from the beach and transport to Barcelona

Pros: Comfortable house on 2nd floor with lots of rooms and a jacuzzi on the top deck. Stores, beach, train to Barcelona are roughly 15 min away. Really practical and amazing view from balcony. Cons: The parking is tight and requires some skills, our rental car was too big to enter. We used the fan provided to cope with the heatwave, but definitely Aircon would be a good addition.
