This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. It appears to have been completely renovated very recently. The bathrooms are very modern and the showers are excellent. There is plenty of space. The AC was also modern and more than sufficient to cool the home in June. I would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as was described. It was in a perfect location for us. We were within a 15 to 30 minute walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We had a list of restaurants we wanted to eat at as well and most were just a 5 to 6 minute walk away. The area also seemed pretty safe. The communication was hands down some of the best I have ever received. The lift in the building was great to help out with our luggage. If we are back in Barcelona we will check and see if the property is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Paseo Colon. The apartment was located right across the street from the Marina. Everything was in walking distance but getting a cab was also fairly easy when needed. The view from the patio was so nice. The apartment also has an elevator that was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents. Communication was great and we would highly recommend as we were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad.

Amazing place in an absolute perfect location. Across from marina with tons of restaurants and the Gotic area behind has shopping and restaurants galore. No more than a 15min walk or cab ride to all of the major sites. Communications were great with lots of recommendations. Would stay again for sure.

Our host Manuel ensured we were fully prepared for our visit, and our check-in experience with Alice was welcoming and on point. Excellent rental in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating, the apartment was clean and nicely appointed, and the location was fantastic. We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We all had a spectacular time!

Gem in Barcelona

This was a great space for me, my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We had enough room to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. The balcony was a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch all the action down below. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and beaches.

Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

Lovely oasis

A very comfortable and well located property. Importantly it is quiet. Also on the promenade and the Gothic quarter. We stayed a week and only used a cab for Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia. We would be very happy to stay there again.
