Fully efurbished apartment, fully furnished & comfortably sleeping 4 people. Located in the in a quiet neighbourhood of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, close to the modern Plaza Europa with its stunning design skyscrapers & the FIRA. Two stylish double bedrooms, ample living-dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen, bathroom and one balcony, on a semi-pedestrian street, it's a calm & centric area from where you can reach Plaza Catalunya & the old town in just 20 minutes.
The apartment does not have an elevator and is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

We'll be there to personally welcome you and help you settle in. After check-in, we're available via phone for any emergencies and through the message feed for any other questions or requests.

Located just outside the city centre, Hospitalet de Llobregat offers the perfect balance between convenience and local charm. This vibrant area is home to Fira Barcelona Gran Via, one of Europe’s most important trade fair venues—ideal for business travellers and event visitors. With excellent public transport connections, you're just 15 minutes from Plaça Espanya, Montjuïc, and central Barcelona. The neighbourhood features a wide range of local restaurants, cafés, and shops, allowing guests to enjoy an authentic and relaxed atmosphere away from the tourist crowds. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Hospitalet offers a strategic and comfortable base for exploring Barcelona.

Please treat the apartment with the same care and respect as you would your own home. Guests who fail to do so may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. Hosting additional people without prior approval will result in the loss of your security deposit and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

The building is shared with friendly neighbours. To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No smoking inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony or outside on the street. Always use the provided ashtray and do not discard cigarette butts on the floor. Evidence of smoking indoors, including lingering odour or burn marks, will result in charges for deep cleaning and damages.

No parties, gatherings, or loud music. Disturbing the neighbours or police intervention will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Do not leave the key inside the door lock when exiting. This may prevent re-entry and will require a locksmith at your expense.

Please do not use the apartment’s white towels at the beach. We’re happy to provide beach towels upon request.

Rubbish must be disposed of daily in the grey street bins across from the apartment, and upon check-out.

Do not leave personal belongings or rubbish bags in the stairwell, for safety and hygiene reasons.

When leaving the apartment, please ensure all doors and windows are locked and the air conditioning is turned off.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included in your stay.

For stays longer than 28 days, a €250/month utility contribution is required. This is payable at check-in.

Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance, as we are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal items during your stay.

Check-in and Additional Fees
Your check-in, check-out, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. However, the following late check-in fees apply and are payable in cash at arrival:

Check-in between 20:00–00:00: €30

Check-in after 00:00: €50

Check-in on Dec 25th, Dec 31st, Jan 1st, and public holidays: €50

Guest Registration (Required by Law)
In accordance with Barcelona city regulations (Ley Ciudadana), we are required to collect passport details from all guests upon check-in. This data is securely submitted to the local police within 24 hours, as is standard in hotels.

Baby Equipment
We offer a variety of baby items such as cribs, high chairs, baby baths, and strollers. These can be reserved after booking for an additional fee.

Tourist Tax (Impuesto Turístico)
A local tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to all guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Comfortable accommodations in a convenient location

All elements of the property were as described. Communications were prompt and clear. Check in process was friendly, flexible, and smooth. Great option if the goal is a short stay close and convenient to Fira Gran Via. As a bonus, a convenient small market just 2 blocks away, and a wonderful restaurant Casa Varela just below
