Apartment was clean and neat, and communications with Teo was good. We felt safe in the neighborhood, but a little noisy with the garbage trucks coming a couple of times during the night. AC was not up to par, felt humidity in the front rooms the few days we stayed. Elevator very narrow and small. Fits two with luggage at most. Dining area little on the dark side.

First time in Barcelona

Very nice apartment. Nice to do laundry after being on a cruise. Great area and easy walk to nice bars and restaurants. Close to Güell Park too

Thank you very much for hosting us Teo!We felt right at home in your rental!The renovated apartment is very clean, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Of course the location is fabulous! Close to so many delightful shops and restaurants and buses and the metro station are just a short walk away. Teo is an excellent host who communicates well and very quickly. Excellent!

We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

This was a perfect apartment in the wonderful cosmopolitan area of La Gracia. As a family of five were able to make use of the local restaurants and plazas as well as touring all that Barcelona has to offer. We would highly recommend this accommodation, simply tremendous.

Good location but needs better management

I lived in Barcelona so I knew I wanted to stay in Gracia while there. It is a unique neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping. However, our experience was not totally as expected. Communication-We speak Spanish so I thought communication would flow smoothly but it was not the case. Every time we asked a question we first got an automated response, then Teo would refer us to Patricia, who never replied, and then Teo would reply. Even when we were at the apartment, we called Patricia and she never answered and her voicemail box was full so we couldn't even leave a message. So we ended up contacting Teo after he had asked us to contact Patricia. Cleanliness- This is my biggest complaint. When we arrived, we were surprised to find ants crawling all over the kitchen. The dishes in the dishwasher had been left dirty for who knows how long. So we turn it on and get the ants out of there. Also, the bathroom had a couple of towels hanging, which looked like they had been used. This two instances left me uneasy with the level of care and cleanliness of the place. Also, some tiles in the shower had mold. Space- The Apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom, kitchen had all the cooking essentials. Shampoo and shower gel were provided; which is a nice touch. It seems a lot of care went into setting it up, it just hasn't been maintained as well. Location- is good and not noisy. Great place - clean, conveniently located, and spacious for our needs. As Canadians we are used to A/C so that was a hard adjustment for us as one of the rooms didn’t have it at all and the window had to stay open... It’s also very close to the garbage which gets collected in the middle of the night, but otherwise, we were very happy with our place and where it was for getting around. Our flight also arrived very early and they allowed us to drop-off our luggage and pick up the key so that we could enjoy the day in Barcelona - ¡Muchas gracias!

Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Abends und nachts ist ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind okay. Ein großes Laken ist jeweils als Decke vorhanden.

Wonderful Experience

We were checking in for one day to go to the Barcelona Futbol game. They accommodated us needing to check in early and leave our bags in the place. Very easy to get to stadium from here due to metro green being close.

Great location

The picture of the building on the listing is a bit misleading and on arrival thought this is not where i thought we were staying and therefore initially felt disappointed. However we loved the location, lots of lovely squares, artisan shops and great restaurants. On saturday the place comes alive with a great street market. The area is full of local people and we felt we had a true spanish experience. The apartment worked well and had everything we needed and was great value for money for Barcelona. We would definately return

Great apartment in a great part of the city, brilliant local festival and helpful hosts

We had a great stay in Gracia, luckily during the Festa Major local festival with decorated streets and music. The apartment had everything we needed and is well located to walk to Sagrada, Parc Guell, Casas Batllo, Pedrero and Vicens. The local ice cream parlours, coffee shops and bakeries were wonderful - recommend Dellaostia ice creams opposite.

Perfect stay in Gracia neighborhood

This apartment was perfectly located. We liked the fact that it was more of a neighborhood feel. We made ourselves comfortable in a space that fit our family of four (our kids are 8 and 10). It was clean and we really appreciated the AC of which there were two (one in Main LR and other in bedroom). We had dinner/snacks at some of the local places including the Gelateria on the corner and Cafe del Sol in the plaza about one block away. There's a little playground and it allowed out boys to entertain themselves and meet some other children. Mae who greeted us was very accommodating and let us drop our bags (even though the apt wasn't cleaned yet) - we were all exhausted after a long flight. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others - don't hesitate to book. Thanks for the warm welcome. We very much enjoyed our visit to BCN.

Appartement disposant d’un ascenseur pour monter les bagages. Non négligeable pour les 4 étages à faire. Évier de la salle de bain bouché. L’eau ne s’écoule pas. Air climatisée serait à laver. Des résidus se trouvaient sur le sol à chaque matin à notre réveil. Une seule coupe de vin et une seule coupe de bulles. Plusieurs tasses. La cafetière étant défectueuse, on nous a suggéré de prendre la cafetière à l’italienne disponible, mais cela ne convenait pas à nos besoins. Nous avons toutefois adoré notre séjour et bien mangé dans les alentours. Merci!

I love Barcelona

This is 2nd hand as I broke my hip days before the trip so my friend got a lovely stand in. Communication from the day i booked was brilliant. Everything was clear, and accurate. My friends really enjoyed the stay. Area fantastic. We will definitely book again when im on the mend

Great location!

This apartment is in a great location. Close, walking or a quick taxi ride into the main areas or sites in Barcelona. Very responsive owner. Apartment was EXTREMELY CLEAN. Great air conditioning! A very simple apartment that needs a little updating. Otherwise a great place and location

Appartement fonctionnel dans un quartier sympa

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec plein de petits restos/commerces sympas à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Pour notre part, nous ne l'avons utilisé que pour dormir une nuit (2 adultes/3 enfants). La chambre parentale donne sur la rue donc clairement ca peut être bruyant (mais nous avons l'habitude avec Paris). La communication a été facile pour se rendre sur place et récupérer les clés. En revanche les frais de ménage (60€) me paraissent excessif pour une nuit. Nous avons été ravis de découvrir Barcelone en famille !
