Safe and comfortable

It was a very comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to friends! It had a washer and dryer that were needed since we traveled light and all the instructions were there.

Clean, spacious, well-equipped, near new-apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood away from the tourist areas. Easy 10min walk to Sants/Entenca metro stations, and from there to all the tourist sights (consider T-usual Metro tickets, much better value than tourist passes for a longer stay - and they include Airport access). Supermarket nearby (Mercadona) and many places where the locals eat/drink. Communication with Fisa Rentals was top rate - everything done electronically via email with key code access.

Contaba con espacios adecuados para 4 o 5 personas. Estaba limpio con toallas, útiles de aseo en baño y cocina. Contaba con todo el equipamiento, con manual que guiaba tu estancia. De fácil acceso para los residentes y con toda la seguridad. Lo recomiendo definitivamente. Estaba cerca de la plaza de España. Con centros comerciales, supermercados, etc. cerca. Bellísimo todo

Deze reis gekregen van onze kinderen omdat we 40 jaar getrouwt waren. Een prachtig kado bij aankomst stond er een fles caca echt heel leuk!! Heel leuk appartement alles netjes en dichtbij de bus 59 die je overal heen brengt. De receptie dame nam de tijd en legde alles keurig uit. Koop bij de metro station een T10 buskaart en dan kan je 10 keer reizen ook met meerdere personen op 1 kaart. Bus 59 stopt voor midden en einde van de ramblas en ook op het strand . Wij hebben een geweldige honeymoon gehad en komen zeker terug

The place was perfectly clean and set up. Beds comfortable, lovely residential street. Close to shopping. Necessities in prepackaged bags. Difficult transferring our bags from the check in the office to the apartment itself. However, we were guided every step of the way with wonderful directions . Would have liked place to leave our bags at the end of the day until we were due at the airport. Would definitely recommend this rental.

During hot weather it was great to return the apartment to the cooling comfort of the air-con. Contacts and queries with the office were responded to promptly. It was true to the on-line description and we would recommend this apartment. It would be helpful to have some information re Barcelona and surrounds in the apartment.
