Apartment fully furnished and equipped, quiet and bright flat (100 m2, 3BR, 2BA) in central location, at Barcelona Eixample district, Sant Antoni neighbourhood . Located in classic Modernist Eixample building close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, near to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market Sant Antoni.
The tourist tax is included in the price: € 5.00 per person/night. It will not be requested once you arrive to the apartment.
Nice neighborhood of Eixample, very near of the best known avenues and squares. You are at a few minutes from Paseo de Gracia, or from Plaça de Espanya; the Feria de Barcelona, which you can visit many exhibitions and fairs.
Comfortable and functional flat. A very cozy place completely furnished, placed in the heart of Barcelona. Ideal for couples (or families with children) that want to know Barcelona, at 10 minutes form the beach, and at 5 minutes from the Paseo de Gracia, and de Fairground (Plaza España) Designed spaces to make you feel comfortable from the beginning.
Peaceful neighbourhood, and very friendly. nice people. Sant Antoni is a quiet district and very friendly, with plenty of grocery stores, snack bars and good restaurants, and with a lovely modernist market full of life.

Check in process was very easy. The accommodation had more than adequate facilities and was very comfortable. Location is walking distance to many attractions such as La Rambla. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.
We walk everywhere, and it's a good location. Recommend buying the daily transportation passes are good on buses and trains. Locals are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic cafe La Merenda within walking distance for coffees and pastries, and breakfast
The apartment was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The host’s communication was excellent. Their messages and the greeting by their housekeeper, who showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, made us feel very welcome. They even left a welcome gift of snacks and beverages.

Great apartment in Barcelona. Very clean and close to everything. The host went above and beyond and had some snacks and drinks for us. The kitchen is stocked with everything. Highly recommended.
Our family enjoyed our time in Barcelona and found this location perfect for what we wanted. The area was quiet and a great introduction to Barcelona for us. The check in with Carmen was great and the little treats were much appreciated!!!

Great location central to the Latin Quarter. Apartment is very clean and spacious. Owners left some snacks as well as beer and coffee. Only drawback was that sound carries in the building so you will hear neighbors moving about and talking in the middle of the night. Unavoidable
