Lovely stay
Fede the host was very welcoming and supportive. The place is nice and compact and comfortable. Has a small kitchenette which you can use. Over all a good experience.

The price for this hotel was cheap but we were expecting a little more based on the word “boutique” in the hotels name and the pictures. The room is very small, not much space to put belongings. It didn’t smell great. Shower was abysmal, can’t believe it hasn’t been replaced. Most fixtures were worn down. Felt jail-cell like. Doors are thin as can be so if there is anyone in the hallway, you will hear their conversation. We heard one lady on the phone at 2am and could even hear the person on the phone! There’s no check in counter or person to greet you. It’s the most no-frills lodging you will have. If this is what you need/want then fine. But for $20-40 more you could be in a proper hotel.

The apartment was located in a noisy but fun neighbourhood, it had easy access to metro line L1 and L9 (so great connection with BCN airport) as they were just a few minutes walk from there. Communication with the host was also easy, he responded to our email really quickly. The room itself was small but comfortable, it was pretty clean. The only problem we had was that there were no windows, only a glass door with a really small area we didn't even have access to, so air circulation was a problem in the flat. Overall it is a cheap stay for those who want to spend most of their time exploring the city, we had a great time in Barcelona.

The area was not near Camp Nuo as it had stated not was it in a particularly nice neighbourhood.The entry required a code to be entered which though I tried 3 or 4 times ,wasn’t accepted.The handle to the outer door was broken and wouldn’t open even when the code was eventually accepted.The room had no windows no ventilation .It had a door leading out into a space with an air conditioner or heater in it.In order to have air you risked leaving in mice or rats😖The room wasn’t clean it didn’t have a kitchenette area as the photos on their website advertised .Nor was it the same room as advertised.We spent 10 mins in the room ....most of that time was looking online for another hotel .I found another hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood and it was 35€ cheaper !!!

It is not clean, no amenities and i waited for hours to get in. the owner/manager wanted me out of the room as early as 9 am. It is the worst i have ever seen

Nice Place but I Wouldn't Live There.
The room adjoins a common area where we had access to a counter for eating and space for preparing a simple meal. Our private room had everything else we needed, including a private bathroom with shower. There is limited hot water so plan accordingly. The Wi-Fi was down two of the nights we were there, making it a little difficult to take care of online check-in for our future travel and lodging. The area made us a little apprehensive but I don't know if that was well founded or not.

Ha una posizione vicino ad una entrata della metro, il quartiere è tutto sommato tranquillo e fuori dalle aree turistiche più caotiche. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare è sui rumori: Le camere sono tutte collegate ad un corridoio dove è presente anche la cucina e l'ingresso. Si sente ogni singola persona che entra, esce ed adopera la cucina.

We hebben hier een prettig verblijf gehad. De kamer was schoon, de airco was een life-saver en de douch was goed. De kamer werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en het bed werd verschoont wat fijn was:) De kamer was echter iets kleiner dan we hadden verwacht en de directe omgeving was niet heel gezellig. Al met al, hebben we hier een fijne ervaring gehad!

We hebben het prima naar de in gehad. Het contact met Federico was heel goed. We mochten zelfs onze bagage achterlaten na het uitchecken. Prima geregeld!\ De badkamer was niet helemaal schoon!

Precio justo y sirve su propósito.
El exterior del hotel confunde, pues está bastante descuidado, pero una vez dentro es todo muy nuevo y limpio. A mi no me molestó ningún ruido y todo estuvo bastante bien. Por la noche quizá la zona no sea la mejor para andar paseando, pero en mi caso sirvió el propósito. Habitación limpia, cuarto de baño moderno y con ducha muy espaciosa, y cerca del metro para poder ir al aeropuerto directamente. Por el precio que se paga está muy correcto. La comunicación fue rápida y eficiente.

Estancia muy agradable.
Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, tiene muchos comercios latinos cerca, el único detalle fue que no encontramos aparcamiento cercano, pero igual nos gustó mucho el ambiente del local y muy seguro, todo en orden, limpieza y comodidad para comer y prepararse comidas rápidas, y desde luego que la próxima vez nos gustaría quedarnos, ya que fue una experiencia excelente.
