Appartamento in una zona ideale, fermata bus di fronte alla porta e ad una fermata da Plaza universitat ed a due da Plaza Catalunya. A casa Batlló ci si arriva anche con una passeggiata di un quarto d’ora.
Supermercati e negozi sotto casa.
Appartamento un po’ datato ma comunque che viene tenuto pulito e con tutto il necessario.
Quinto piano con ascensore. Massima attenzione a non fare rumori essendo in condominio (personalmente non ho avuto problemi). Ottima soluzione per famiglia numerosa o gruppi avendo 7 letti in 4 camere separate.
Prezzo quindi con buon rapporto qualità considerando l’ottima zona e servizio ma considerando lo stato appartamento (se venisse rinnovato probabilmente il prezzo salirebbe).
Host molto cordiale e preciso. Non avendo avuto un auto non conosco la situazione parcheggi.
Ci tornerei considerando prezzo e comodità (e senza pretendere un appartamento di lusso).

Séjour barcelonais sous le soleil. L’appartement était bien. Seuls les matelas ne sont pas de qualité et mériteraient d’être changés sauf le lit deux places.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter Barcelone.
Cet appartement, conforme aux photos, est "dans son jus" et mériterait d'être redécoré au gout du jour. Vaisselle ancienne, dépareillée et pas toujours propre. Cet appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes ce qui est un point positif, mais l'espace de vie pour un tel groupe est restreint. A noter : une seule salle de bain ( 2 annoncées dans l'annonce car toilettes séparées) .
Accueil très sympathique et emplacement idéal si on cherche un toit pour visiter Barcelone.
