- The modern, 400-sq.m villa built on a 2300-sq.m plot boasts 4 double bedrooms, 3 en suite, and a spacious and comfortable living room that gives onto the kitchen on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool and garden.
This 100-sq.m studio features a large sun terrace on the ground floor.
The intimate and peaceful barbecue offers a barbecue, a wood-fire stove, a butane gas cooking range, a sink and a garden table opposite an ample shaded porch with a cupboard with a full set of cutlery and crockery, a large table, and sofas. This is a perfect area to have lunch. The owners designed and built the house. There is a fibre-optic internet connection.
