    kettle.

    The space

    This charming holiday flat in Barcelona offers a comfortable and
    functional space for up to five people. It features two double bedrooms
    and one single bedroom perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the
    city.

    Although there is no air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with a
    ceiling fan to ensure pleasant air circulation during the warmer
    months. For cooler nights, the flat has electric radiators installed on
    the walls, providing efficient heating.

    It enjoys a small balcony, ideal for a morning coffee or relaxing at
    the end of the day. In addition, the building has a lift, making it
    easy to access the flat. This accommodation is an excellent choice for
    those looking for a practical and well-located base to enjoy all that
    Barcelona has to offer.

    Please note the following important information before booking:

    - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
    however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

    -Baby crib:

    We can provide you with a crib with mattress and sheets for a price of
    30,00 EUR. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in
    advance and if available we will provide it.

    -Extra guest:

    Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
    charged €10 per night.

    -Arrival after hours:

    Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

    - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
    - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
    having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
    eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
    prohibited smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

    - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
    receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
    you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

    Guest access

    Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment
    throughout their stay.

    The apartment is located at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 794, in a
    well-connected and strategic area of Barcelona, perfect for exploring
    the city on foot or by public transport.
