The fully equipped kitchen offers all amenities and, with the barbecue in the garden, ensures that you and your family can enjoy delicious meals together either indoors or outdoors. The entire house is modern, exclusive and furnished with great attention to detail.



The terrace is dominated by the use of stone as a building material, which accentuates the attractive overall impression. A flat-screen TV awaits you in the living room, which promises optimal entertainment even in the evening or on less sunny days. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture so that you can relax in the open air. The house is located in a quiet area of Alella, a unique coastal village with quiet streets and beautiful modernist buildings, known for its wine varieties and its unique microclimate with warm summers and mild winters.
