Our spacious balconies 3 BedROOM apartment includes a gorgeous living room and three beautiful balconies that provide our guests with spectacular views that stay with them even after leaving Barcelona.


The apartment is located in an 18th century building, in a lovely and quiet residential area, five minutes by foot from Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is fully equipped to fulfill the needs and desires of our all of our guests.

The peaceful charm of our Casp Platinum Apartment and its surrounding neighborhood urges our guests to come back to Barcelona. You can look over all of Barcelona from the balcony, enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant, or stumble upon the Sagrada Família just when taking an unplanned walk. Our guests always feel like they are truly living in our wonderful city.

The appartment was terriffic, and the host was very helpful. There was even fresh fruit for us when we arrived. Location is fantastic within walking distance of all the major sites to see in Barcelona.

Wonderful stay, amazing location!

The apartment was exactly as described. The bedrooms were very spacious and the apartment was bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a few meals in during our 10 day stay. But the location was the best feature. Everything was a 20 minute walk at most. We there are grocery markets and restaurants right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved it. Arian was an exceptional host. Very responsive.

Arian was very pleasant, he greeted us and filled us in on some great places to eat and see. The Condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and my teenagers were happy to have their own rooms. We would definitely recommend staying here, Barcelona is amazing.

Great Apartment

This apartment was a great location with beautiful views. It was beautiful inside but a bit different from the pictures. We had a bit of an issue with check in time and it was not ready for us and check out we were asked to check out a little earlier than the checkout time. Airian, the host, a very friendly man worked with is with our luggage which was great and provided good communication. The apartment was spacious and worked well for us. The coffee maker didn't seem to work which was frustrating. The door to get in the building had issues too. There is a small elevator so make sure its working because its alot of stairs if not.

Beautiful and luxurious apartment located in a charming neighborhood and a short walk to all the main sites. Beautiful balconies overlooking Barcelona. Great location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We were family of four with two adult children, plenty of room for everyone. Easy to walk to many places, and the metro is close. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Wonderful terraces to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Arian was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back!

This is our second time staying in this apartment as the location is super! The parking arrangement was super helpful! Thank you Arian. Unfortunately this time the kitchen was not super clean and the beds had no top sheets just comforters (in the BCN heat not the greatest). The pictures as mentioned in my last reviews do not reflect accurately the apartment - lots of furniture and a bit crowded. Overall nice stay.

Overall, while the property worked for us, but for the premium price, the amenities and the tired condition, this listing left us underwhelmed. What is really sad, is that the bones of this property are fantastic and with a little work and minor expence, it could be made great.

Our large family consisting of 9 individuals (from 4 generations) had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Barcelona apartment. Arian, Erika and Paula were fantastic hosts who met all of our needs. The apartment is in a great location. Within 1.5 blocks, there is a Metro stop, supermarket, a variety of bars and restaurants, a bakery and pharmacy. From the apartment, it is a easy walk to Plaça de Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, or the Parc de la Ciutadella where the Barcelona zoo is located. We will definitely stay in this apartment again and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in experiencing the flavor and style of Barcelona.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nice, the beds are very comfortable. We were in the city so it was a bit loud. We ran noise machines on our phones which helped. It was nice being a bit further out from all the big city crowds. We would have liked more coffee. There is a charge for more towels, coffee, and garbage removal. We chose not to utilize this since it would've been 60 euro. All in all it was a very nice stay. A very comfortable, spacious flat. We enjoyed the character and charm of the flat!

A bit disappointing for the cost!

The pictures sure were much better than the flat in person. They appeared to be from many years ago and without the clutter of things everywhere in the flat. The place was clean but certainly less than anticipated especially for the premium price we paid. I really feel we were taken advantage of with the price we paid. It was advertised as a quiet residential neighborhood and it was anything but quiet. It was clean and that was good but things were in need of repair and the price we paid was especially large for what we received. There was one comment made that unfortunately I did not read until after we arrived which was a poor rating and frankly summed it up very accurately. I would not stay here again!
