"Hotel itself was very nice, being a little picky the pillows were not good but the bed and room were comfortable and clean, only complaint is we asked for a late check out which wasn’t available because of how busy they were, which was fine no big deal but the check out time was for 12:00 we left to go to the store and got back at 11:00 am and our room was being cleaned already and we had the do not disturb sign on the door which was very odd because we still had some of belongings in the room. We told the lady at the front and she looked at us and said sorry about that and walked away. "

"Pleasant experience all around. Shower slide handle was broken. Breakfast spread was complete, but lacking in flavor (instant eggs and feeble sausages. Skip breakfast and go to Bodos Bagels next door!"

"Are stay started all out. Okay, then our last day, we had our continental breakfast. And we got to meet one of the staff that takes care of the breakfast cleaning, making sure people flip their waffles. And whatnot extremely rude character, extremely rude, not a good representation of the facility. Whatsoever, we've decided not to take further action against this employee. Rather document and let people form their own opinion on this particular individual."

"Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar,falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake. I would book the same room again for the privacy and views our balcony had. I wish there was vending machines as advertised on the first floor as I was craving a snack when in my room. I ended up going to the wellness center to grab a snack and had fun watching people play tennis and climb the rock wall. Thanks for having Tesla chargers on site. We will be back! "

"The hotel is gorgeous with plenty of amenities. Shawn at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and arranged a late check out for us when our flight was delayed until the evening. Shawn was always welcoming and smiling. "
