Only steps from Downtown Crozet, 3 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Hiking, SUP, biking nearby. Pet-friendly with prior approval.

LIVING ROOM: Cozy living room freshly painted with sofa, loveseat, end table, coffee table, ceiling fan and lamp. There is a wide-screen smart HDTV with Comcast and local channels and wireless high-speed internet.

KITCHEN: Cottage style kitchen with white cabinets and butch-block counters. Outfitted with electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. Small appliances include toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, cookware, bakeware and coffee supplies.

FULL BATH: Centrally located between the bedrooms with new white vanity, new light fixture, new toilet, new tiled surround for tub/shower. Freshly painted.

BEDROOM: This bedroom with hardwood floors features a queen bed with side table and lamp. There is a dresser and closet.

High Street Cottage

Great location for getting to restaurants and the park with kids. House was exactly as described and perfect for a quick getaway. Close to Charlottesville too.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying in Crozet. So much to see and do here. The house was located very close to everything and made our visit more enjoyable. The manager was very accommodating and we appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Lovely Stay in Crozet

Beautiful springtime visit to Crozet! We appreciated being walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and the ice cream shop. The Crozet park and dog park was a great outing for the boys and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is well maintained and adorably decorated. We would definitely visit again. Thanks so much!

Perfect for a wedding weekend in Crozet

This cottage was the perfect place to stay for two couples attending wedding events all weekend in Crozet. It was conveniently located for the wedding shuttle, and we were way closer to the venue than our friends who stayed at a hotel in waynesboro, which was appreciated at the end of the night. Highly recommend staying here!

The Best of Crozet!

The cottage was immaculately clean, it was the perfect size for our family of four and it was easily walkable to all the fantastic shops of Crozet! The house is stocked with everything you need and the backyard was a wonderful spot for our kids to play! Amy was exceptionally responsive! Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again!

This house worked well for me. It was well supplied with baking supplies for making Christmas cookies with grandchildren. House was clean and comfortable.

Short Stay in Crozet

House was as depicted. Walkable to restaurants which was nice. There were some tiny ants on the counter, but that’s common this time of year, just need to watch where you put food. Overall, I’d come back.

Quaint little cottage in quiet location near downtown Crozet

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage on High Street. Beds were comfortable. House was well stocked. Extra personal care amenities and snacks went above and beyond. Park nearby was also a plus. Highly recommended. This is the place to stay in Crozet! Neal Carter

Comfy Cottage

This older but renovated cottage was a great place for me and my small dog to stay while visiting friends who live in the area … having AC was delightful as two of the three days I was there the temperatures were in mid-90’s … and the laundry machines in the basement were great since I was part way through a road trip from Florida to Maine and eventually back to Florida. I hope to be able to stay there again

Perfect spot for us.

4 adults stayed here after driving Sky Line Drive from Front Royal. We went to to Blue Mtn Brewery for dinner about 20 minutes away. Which was very good. House was just as described and exactly what we needed for one night. Great communication with the host. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful rental

This property exceeded my expectations! The home is adorable, well decorated, and stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable with nice bedding and good mattresses. The home is extremely clean, which I value. The owners send you the most thorough property instructions I have ever seen with a VRBO, which includes not only all the house related information, but also a guide to Crozet. They really go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderfully Cozy Cottage

Everything as described. Great Communication. Cutest little home. Very tastefully done. Stocked kitchen and toiletries, cozy couches & bedrooms. The firepit was full of wood and kindling for us. Can walk everywhere. Dead end street, nice back yard for the kids and dog to play. Woke up our first morning here made some coffee and sat on the back little deck with deer hanging out. It was glorious! They even had dog dishes! We WILL def be back. If you like low key, hiking, trail walking, exploring breweries & wineries, this is the place for you. Really nice parks walking distance with a fantastic playground for the kids. Very dog friendly area too if your pup is a part of your family like ours. 10/10 for us. We had the best stay. Convenience in a small package

The little green house was conveniently located and easy to find. The house is older, but was tastefully and comfortably decorated. My biggest concern was the steps to enter the house. Although there are few stairs, the top one is quite steep. I use a walker and have tremendous difficulty climbing any stairs or walking any distance. I had so much trouble getting into the house, because of those steps. I was in pain and in tears; we considered just leaving. If you could make the front steps more accessible, that would make a huge difference for considering the little green house for future visits. Also, a grab bar in the bathroom would provide more safety. Thank you for considering these changes.

Our 2nd stay and we once again enjoyed this house. Clean and fully stocked, comfortable and walking distance to restaurants. We did need a thing but owner checked in on us anyway which we thought was very nice! We will be back!

Exactly what we looking for as we met up with friends to do wineries, shopping, orchards etc. So clean and comfortable. We loved the backyard and deer we saw first morning. Central to all you need gas stations, grocery stores, wineries, and antiques. Amy made sure we had access to everything the area had to offer.
