The staff are very friendly, it’s a nice hotel but is well over due for an upgrade. Room I booked was very spacious the terrace was the best just not the weather in which we tried to enjoy it in. Beds sheets were weird fitted wrong sizes, no comforter the foldout futon didn’t fold out and if you slept on it you woke up in pain. The bed I used was very old mattress probably should’ve been replaced a few years ago.. the air split on wall in bedroom over the tv leaked and my leather bag was soaked which also had my passport in it… the Hot tub and pool were GREAT again it wasn’t the best by far but I would also stay there again ???

A bit dated room but good location. Amenities are great and beach access was very close.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Airport shuttle was great! Property was very very basic...not the place where you can get an extra pillow...People were shouting at 3 o'clock in the morning...Temporary permanent residency place for some less fortunate people...Still we were grateful for the stay and it met the basic requirements.

Bathroom feedback: The bathroom sink is too shallow, and the faucet is too short. When using the sink, water easily splashes outside and causes water to collect on the countertop. Also, the shower water pressure in the bathtub is too low, which makes showering uncomfortable.
