Villa in the Forest
A beautiful house for nature lovers , we had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there . The road to the house was a little bit rough , it could be difficult with a small car . Stefano Grazie per tutti!

Tuscany at its best
3 generations—beautiful comfortable home with a large pristine pool. Hikes through the grapes and olive groves. Cooked at the house in a well stocked kitchen. Played games in the dining/living room. Swam in the private and beautiful pool. I highly recommend this property. Owner is very nice

Beautiful, Peaceful Retreat
We loved our 5 night stay in the Yellow House. The property is rural and feels a million miles away but is a great location for exploring Florence, Sienna and the countryside of Tuscany. The house is well equipped with all that you'll need. Mostly we went out to dinner but the nights we stayed in the kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals. The outdoor space is beautiful, it was a little too cool for us to use the pool but the pool area is wonderful. Amazing views all around you. The bedrooms were pretty and the bathrooms clean and modern. The mattress in our room was very comfortable. The house was big enough for the five of us, though the living room is on the small side. When the weather is nice, this doesn't matter as you'll be using the outside areas more than inside. Stefano was responsive and answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations and provided us with wine from his vineyard. If we return to this area, we would stay again!

Preživeli smo čudovite počitnice v krasni hiši sredi narave! Že pri rezervaciji je potekalo vse brez zapletov in s hitrimi odgovori lastnika. Za dobrodošlico sta nas pričakali dve steklenici čudovitega vina. Hiša je krasna, lastnik prijazen, lokacija čudovita... Hvala še enkrat! Priporočamo!

Un petit coin de paradis
Maison très agréable, perdue en pleine nature mais a 30 minutes ou moins de nombreux lieux de visite en Toscane. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré un temps assez mitigé pour une fin avril ! Stefano nous a accueilli chaleureusement chez lui et nous a communiqué quelques informations très utiles. Suite a une crevaison le dimanche au moment de repartir, Stefano nous a même trouvé un garagiste, ce que notre assistance n'a pas réussi a faire 😅 encore merci pour tout, un hôte en or ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in die Toskana, die Lage ist ideal um die Gegend zu erkunden, aber auch abgelegen so dass man sich dort in kompletter Ruhe erholen kann. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man überhaupt brauchen könnte. Stefano ist übrigens ein sehr netter Gastgeber, wir würden sehr gerne bei unserem nächsten Besuch in der Toskana wiederkommen.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in mitten wunderbarer Natur
Wer etwas Besonderes sucht, der ist hier richtig. Liebevoll und individuell hergerichtetes Haus, sehr schön, etwas abseits in wunderbarer Natur gelegen. Trotzdem sehr zentral, um die Toskana in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahe gelegenen Ort. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist zwar etwas klein, aber sehr funktionell und mit allen Dingen die man zum Kochen und Backen braucht ausgestattet. Drei schöne Bäder machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Besonders ist der offen gestaltete Wohnbereich mit Kamin und großen Fenstern sowie Galerie mit schöner Treppe zur 1. Etage. Alte Möbel geben dem Haus einen besonderen Stil. Stefano ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und problemlos.Stefano spricht sehr gut deutsch.Das hat es für uns einfach gemacht.Auch das Check in and out war unkompliziert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Es war ganz wunderbar. Wir können es jedem empfehlen der Individualität und schöne Natur mag.

A hidden gem
We spent 10 days at this truly amazing quiet, peaceful place situated in a wooded area surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Although relatively isolated, the location is close to Florence, Siena and other major attractions.Shops and restaurants can also be found nearby.The road leading down to the house is a bit bumpy but we got used to it very fast! The charming house, tastefully decorated, was just perfect for us, spacious, very clean and very well equipped.The outside seating area was a most pleasant and relaxing area to enjoy breakfast, lunch, an early evening aperitif, or dinner. A short walk down a path lies the very large, extremely well maintained pool with a view, and swimming here was a daily highlight for us! Stefano, a very gentle and gracious host, welcomed us with flowers and wine which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and we ourselves really hope to return. Many thanks Stefano!

Superbe logement dans belle propriété très bien située
Excellentes vacances passées dans la région du Chianti. Très bon emplacement pour rayonner en Toscane avec des nombreux sites à une heure ou moins et surtout l'environnement proche est magnifique. La maison est vaste avec des pièces très agréables. Rien ne manque à l'intérieur. Les terrasses et espaces extérieurs sont très agréables avec possibilité de faire des longues balades dans la propriété (forêt, oliveraie, vignes...). La piscine est belle et agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Communication discrète et efficace avec Stefano que nous remercions vivement. Une des meilleurs expériences que l'on ait eu. Tout était parfait.

Stefano nous a accueilli avec disponibilité et attention dans ce havre de nature. Amoureux de la nature il entretient ce cadre magnifique et nous a permis de vivre des vacances authentiques au coeur de la Toscane. La maison, individuelle, est confortable et entourée de nature. Beau gîte - Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Le gîte est très beau, propre, les draps sont fournis, le coin piscine est paradisiaque. On est très au calme, on n'entend ni les locataires de l'autre gîte, ni les propriétaires, d'ailleurs très discrets. Il y a 3 chambres et 3 sbd, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas 4 chambres et deux sdb. Seul hic : un chemin de terre de plus d'un km assez cabossé et poussiéreux pour aller au gîte, et des commerces de proximité chers à 2 kms. Il faut en faire 22 pour trouver un hypermarché à prix intéressant. Sinon bien situé pour voir Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano...

Der Pool war das Schönste
Der Pool ist riesig. Poolbereich großzügig. Das Haus ist für südliche Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr einfach, Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden. Das Zimmer mit den beiden Stockbetten ist sehr klein. Für vier Personen meiner Meinung nach viel zu klein. Die anderen beiden Schlafräume sind groß und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Für mich war die Matratze zu weich, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Die Zufahrtstrasse ist eine Schotterpiste. Da empfiehlt es sich sehr vorsichtig zu fahren. Alles in allem können wir das Objekt weiter empfehlen.

Fantastische centraal gelegen, rustige plek
De Toscane is fantastisch, zeker als je van cultuur, wijn en goed eten houdt. Deze woning ligt perfect centraal gelegen in de regio, waarbij alles wat je wilt ondernemen op ongeveer een half uur rijden afstand ligt. En dat terwijl de woning heerlijk rustig in de natuur ligt. De woning biedt alles wat de advertentie en foto's aangeven. Het is perfect onderhouden, je kunt zien dat de verhuurder er veel liefde in steekt. Daarnaast stond hij ook voor ons klaar om met ons mee te denken toen we een specifieke wens hadden tijdens de huurperiode. Dank voor de gastvrijheid! Mochten we nog eens terugkomen in deze regio, dan is deze woning de eerste die we controleren op beschikbaarheid. Tips in de buurt: Chianti Bar voor een lekker snelle pasta voor lunch, La Vecchia Capannina voor de lokale klassieke kaart en zeer vriendelijke bediening en La Locanda Di Pietracupa voor de wat sjiekere en verrassendere kaart.

GRANDE MAISON AU CALME
Maison confortable, grande, conviviale au milieu des bois de pins et chênes à côté des vignes et oliveraies. Toller Urlaub, wunderschöne Lage
Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche gehabt. Stefano war ein toller Gastgeber und stand immer zur Verfügung bei Fragen oder sonst was...Haus und Lage sind top. Lage ist echt ruhig mitten der Natur aber doch zentral.Man kann alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb kürzester Zeit besuchen. Grazie Stefano ci vediamo l‘anno prossimo!

Ottimo ricordo di Toscana
Vacanze di due settimane nella struttura "Casa Gialla". 4 adulti e 3 bambini. Ottima disponibilità del Sig. Stefano, ancora prima del soggiorno, che ha sempre fornito informazioni puntuali e soddisfacenti. Abitazione in classico stile Toscano con spazi ottimali per il nostro gruppo. Ottima la presenza di 3 bagni (in buono/ottimo stato) della lavastoviglie e del forno. Ottima la possibilità di pranzare o cenare all'aperto in compagnia del solo suono delle cicale (spesso anche troppo mattiniere!). Disponibile un ampio salone e molto spazio all'esterno dove poter improvvisare una grigliata (griglie e tutto l'occorrente già a disposizione). Un viottolo nel bosco porta alla piscina curata e con vista su vigneti e uliveti. La strada di accesso per raggiungere la proprietà è sterrata ma praticabile senza grossi problemi. Consiglio questa soluzione per chi è alla ricerca di una vacanza lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia.... la tranquillità diurna ed il silenzio notturno hanno accompagnato gradevolmente il nostro soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Stefano, sempre disponibile, gentile e mai invadente.

Parfait pour la détente et les visites
Nous avons passé deux semaines idylliques dans cette belle et grande maison à l'écart de toute nuisance. La prestation est de qualité et conforme à l'annonce. Très belle piscine, grande et agréable pour nager. Le chemin pour y accéder depuis la maison est toutefois très escarpé. Stefano le propriétaire est à l'écoute, efficace et très discret. La situation est parfaite pour les visites de Florence (30mn), Sienne (30mn) et la belle région du Chianti. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Lieber Stefano, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen. Es war wunderschön, das Haus ist sauber und alles da. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und der Pool ist einfach nur fantastisch. Die Kinder aber auch wir könnten nicht genug bekommen. Wir haben viele Touren in die verschiedenen Städte unternehmen. Alles lief super unkompliziert. Le propriétaire Stefano est très disponible, il parle bien français. la villa est très joliment décorer à la toscane, elle est propre et bien entretenu. Rien n'y manque, la flambé au coeur de la grande cheminé est très appréciable en hiver.

Magnifique endroit à recommander vivement ! Très bien situé à 35 min de Sienne et de Florence et 25 min de San Geminiano, il est cependant isolé au bout d'un petit chemin et on y profite d'une tranquillité et d'un calme absolu. La maison jaune est spacieuse et très confortable et la piscine est très propre et on y jouit d'une vue magnifique. Stefano est toujours disponible pour toute question ou conseil. N'hésitez pas une seconde !

Sehr schöne Fewo mit großem Pool
Die Lage ist etwas abseits, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Den sehr großen Pool muss man dafür nur mit der zweiten Fewo teilen. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Pool durch den Wald von dem gelben Haus relativ weit und steil, man sollte also nichts vergessen, wenn man zum Pool geht;-) Preis-Leisung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Danke an Stefano für den Begrüßungswein aus eigener Produktion und die unkomplizierte Art! Der nächste Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und sehr hübsch.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil zentral gelegen zwischen Siena und Florenz.
Sehr liebevoll gemachtes Ferienhaus mit drei Bädern, kleinem Wohn-Ess-Bereich, funktionaler Küche mit allem was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Besonders hilfreicher, netter Vermieter (hatten einen Plattfuß am Auto und er hat sich um Reparatur gekümmert). Traumhaft großer Pool, der unseren Kindern viel Badespaß bereitet hat. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très bonnes vacances
Joli gîte, bien agencé et situé en pleine nature. Le propriétaire Stephano parle très bien le français. Situé entre Florence et Sienne avec un accès aisé à la voie rapide, le gîte est très bien placé pour sillonner la Toscane. Le chauffage au gaz est assez onéreux, heureusement compensé par un loyer assez bas en avril. Seul bémol : la douzaine de chats de la propriété est assez invasive, spécialement pendant les repas.

Excellent house in the fantastic place!
Просторный, чистый и комфортный дом с прекрасно оснащенной кухней, в 10 минутах от трассы Флоренция-Сиена. Отличная возможность посетить много городов в Тоскане. 30 минут до Флоренции. Дом находится в агрохозяйстве, недалеко от хозяйского дома, но с собственным подъездом к дому, что дает приятное ощущение приватности. Хозяин коммуникабелен, но при этом абсолютно ненавязчив. Очень рекомендую!

Un séjour merveilleux
Un cadre magnifique au milieu des chênes et des oliviers, une maison très agréable bien équipée conforme à la description de l'annonce, une grande et belle piscine, beaucoup de calme et tout ça à moins de 3/4 d'heure de Sienne et de Florence. À 40min de Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano, au milieu de la forêt.
Le logement (maison jaune) est de très bon standing et la piscine est vraiment grande et propre, parfaite pour les enfants, petits (sous surveillance car pas de protection) et grands, avec une vue magnifique sur les côteaux. L'accueil de Stephano a été parfait, nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu faire plus ample connaissance, nos enfants nous ayant occupés à 300% !

Nous avons été comblé par cette charmante et traditionnelle maison plongé dans le coeur de la nature . A quelques kilomètres de la voie rapide ,ce lieu permet d etre retirer de toute "civilisation" tout en restants proche des principales villes de toscane. La piscine est au top,La maison est meublée avec élégance et qualité . L équipement est complet. Merci à stephano le propriétaire pour son francais impeccable....cela a été un plus pour nous . Le prix est très honnête étant donné la hauteur des prestations alors n'hésitez pas .
