About this property

LA CASA DI MANUELA, Chianti Villa JACUZZI between Florence and San Gimignano

  • The owners Michele and Giada will be happy to welcome you to their villa with particular charm in every season.

Entire villa of 180 square meters ideal for large families and groups of friends who love nature and the quiet immersed in a land full of surprises where a centuries-old wine culture has designed the landscape, making it a splendid scenario of natural beauty and artistic riches. Land of contrasts and harmonies, of hills with gentle slopes, of wide viewpoints and hidden valleys, vineyards climbed to the edge of the woods, of rural farmhouses and medieval manors: everything smells of history, art and wine.
You will love and be amazed by our land as we love these hills embroidered with vineyards and ancient villages, never ceasing to amaze us when we travel the small roads that cross them.
The villa, immersed in the Chianti countryside, was obtained from an old farmhouse and then renovated with extreme care and attention to detail. Original terracotta floors and ceilings with ancient exposed beams, old traditional Tuscan furniture, flowery fabrics that dress beds and armchairs, paintings, antique china and lived objects recovered from markets and junk dealers will frame your living room.
    Nothing here is by chance.
The villa is spread over two levels and is composed on the ground floor: a large living area with a spacious living room, a very welcoming lounge completely renovated with a SAT TV area and fireplace, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bathroom with shower and laundry area .
Going up to the first floor, through a wide staircase, you have access to the romantic and charming sleeping area thanks to its remarkable wallpapers and wooden floors. Here are 3 large double bedrooms, unique in their style, with Queen-Size beds all overlooking the private garden and enjoying a unique panorama of the Chianti hills. Finally the main bathroom, very nice, equipped with tub and shower.
In the double room Michele there is AIR CONDITIONING which can be used by our guests at no additional cost

The house is surrounded by a large private garden all for the exclusive use of our guests and each window and French window overlooks it, offering wide views of the countryside; equipped with a delightful pergola equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, BBQ and comfortable sofas where you can spend precious time reading a good book or simply chatting while sipping a good glass of wine.

NEW 2019: JACUZZI bathtub with 45 jets of heated water, chromotherapy and bluetooth connection to listen to music, ideal for 6/8 people
JACUZZI open from April / May until September / October, based on weather conditions.

Breakfast Service: Only on REQUEST with personal Chef
Lunch / Dinner Service: Only on REQUEST with personal Chef
Prices for breakfast / lunch / dinner on request: to be paid on arrival

For our kind guests, free WI-FI service is available throughout the area, including in the outdoor areas.
The private parking is located right in front of the entrance to the villa for the exclusive use of our guests.
The villa has a safe and a complete alarm system.
The "house of Manuela" is the ideal place for those who love to stay in the heart of Chianti and offers the opportunity to alternate unforgettable moments of relaxation in nature with interesting excursions to discover the important cities of art: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra , Pisa and Lucca.
The house is located in a place easily accessible from the main roads and convenient for every need.
A place to feel at home, to live in every season, among the flowers of spring, the scents of summer or among the red of the vineyards in autumn.
    So welcome to Manuela's house.
