Approximately 70 m², it sleeps 6 people and comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining room, a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a shower room with walk-in shower, a toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm), and a mezzanine with a double sofa bed (140 cm). The bedrooms are accessed from the mezzanine entrance. Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath. The enclosed garden/courtyard has a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and four sun loungers. Private, unfenced parking is available. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €108 is available.
