"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. "A charming hotel, we had a spacious room on the second floor overlooking the quaint, cute courtyard. Sat there for bit while we waited for dinner reservation at a near by restaurant. The employees were helpful and made us feel at home. When visiting Tarbes, this the place to stay. "

"This is a top tier hotel. The room, in particular is very well appointed with quality furnishings, bathroom and lighting. The pillows are soft and the bed and linen can't be bettered. Excellent wifi too. You can tell the quality of most hotels by the weight of the entrance door, and this one shouted quality. Good designer, happy guest. A little request though: for serious pianists, the grand piano on the second floor needs an urgent tune up! Please!"
