"Brilliant stay. The staff were so friendly and kind. The surrounding area is beautiful. The use of the gym, spa, putting and pool facilities is great to have. My room was a little small but this was fine for my solo business stay and had all the required amenities and more (minibar, Nespresso machine, good TV, robe). Breakfast was cooked, not a buffet and was tasty! Will definitely be going back when I’m in the area."

"There were 10 of us on a golfing trip for 4 days, 3 nights. The hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to Darley, Lochgreen & Fullarton Golf courses. Alittle further along is Royal Troon, still very walkable. The hotel is also idealy placed to walk into town for a drink or dinner, although the food and drink at the hotel is superb. The staff on the whole are a friendly bunch and very helpful. We did find out that the hotel is due to change ownership and will be closing down for 9 months from October, hopefully to arise fully refreshed. All of us would happily stay here again!"

Walking distance to beach/town. 1st place I've stayed that didn't have basic supplies (tea,coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel) however Spar is just opposite for all your needs. Had to walk over wet grass to put the bins out but overall we were satisfied with our stay. Will probably book again."
