"I hate to leave a bad review because the employees seem nice and responsive but this is a travelers nightmare. When you’re traveling to an unknown city you want to stay in a place that is safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Unfortunately thats not what this company provided. When you book they dont tell you that its an apartment complex with actual residents all around you. The apartments are run down, you have to walk through a dark corridor to get to your apartment and the complex is located deep into what seems to be the worst area in the city. Not sure what the inside looks like because we never made it in. Obviously providing excellent service is not a priority because they put no thought into how a guest would feel staying in a place like this, especially when thats not your standard of living, not to mention the cost. I think its a great idea but it needs more thought, consideration, and work. Until then, please remove it from the list. "

"The house was great. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was clean. The location couldn't have been better for us. "

"arrived at property around 4:30pm(check in time 4:00pm)and could not get into house with code provided to me. tried calling owner a couple of times, no response. called vrbo and there answer to the problem was to send me a link for a hotel for the night until the owner responded. we had 18 people in our stay, and needed to be at Laklin AFB at 7:00 am for my grandsons graduation from bootcamp. This was really not an option for me. At 6:25pm got a message from owner lecturing me on how to use a keypad and informing me only the front door would work. front door was tried originally along with all outside doors. Thank god I was able to get in as the other people were showing up. I assume this code is set remotely since it would only work during my paid stay, not sure by who, but I would think the owner would be a little more attentive if he knows a guest is coming. beyond that the house served our needs as needed. The house seems to be under renovations since all lights were not working. Had to buy fans for upstairs since ceiling fans would not work without lights being on and thermostats being locked. not really sure if I would stay here again, but this is my opinion."

"When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the property. Other than that it is under construction this would be for someone that is single if they decide to stay there. "

"Are family had a great time in san Antonio. The house was great had everything we needed. Everything was clean and fresh! Didn't have any problems. Joshua responded quickly to a question i had. The neighborhood was quiet and you have a park about 5mins down the road that has a splash pad and play park that was great for the kids! We would stay here again in the future. "

"The property is spacious and cute! Open areas allowed our family to be together and visit with one another whether we were in the dining area, kitten or living room. The kids enjoyed their space in the game room and theater room! Neighborhood was quiet and no issues at all. For this being a last minute trip, it turned out awesome!"
