"The call to prayer sound was so loud it prevented us from resting. Moving rooms helped alittle but you can still hear ir. Ants in both rooms. Very little options for vegetarians although the dining staff are very friendly and try to accommodate. Aisha (supervisor)completely wasted so much of our time on a simple change to our reservation. Front staff dont understand English well. Manager was nice. Breakfast was pretty awful quality and mostly Indonesian. Most fried in oil or too sweet. Wouldnt stay here again. "

The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! "This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. The food at the hotel was very good too. Well worth a stay if you are in the area!"
