"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. "
