This newly built, bright, and spacious apartment is located in a private and secure residence in the heights of Banyuls and offers stunning views. The apartment that looks more like a house offers all comfort. It has a private parking and a balcony.
There are two bedrooms with a shower and toilet to each room. In addition, there is a smaller bedroom with a sleeping area.
The salon has an open floor plan with kitchen island in black granite. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The house s a separate unit from a larger villa. It is privately located and has its own entrance with a staircase from the outside.
This residence is built on a hill whose access is rather steep, but the view is breath-taking!

Bel endroit, très belle vue mais des détails à ajouter dans l'annonce

Nous avons été bien accueilli dans un très bel endroit. Il faut savoir que la pente pour accéder au logement est difficile pour un SUV...attention aux berlines basses et je n'irai pas sans boîte automatique. Version piéton compliquée, inimaginable avec une poussette ou si vous n'êtes pas en forme. Le logement est très bien équipé et très confortable. Tout est parfait à l'intérieur, dommage que le balcon soit trop petit pour en profiter en famille.
