Good stay

We had a good stay in the Westlodge. The room was clean and comfortable and the cost for the 2 nights was reasonable. Breakfast had a great choice. We had food in the bar and it was good. The pool was ok, nothing amazing but a nice additional to the hotel.

Perfect hotel for our tour of West Cork

We enjoyed our stay at Westlodge. There are great facilities, pool, steam room, sauna, pitch and putt etc. We had a triple room which was spacious and very clean. Overall the cleanliness at the hotel was superb. The staff are friendly. We had the added bonus of a singer every evening after dinner. It is an easy walk along the beautiful bay into Bantry(takes 25mins). Very close to Bantry House.

Good hotel

Good clean hotel just outside of Bantry. Very comfortable. Being out of town means eating at the hotel which did get busy but staff were quick and helpful with their service. Not a big deal but if you soend any time in your room dont exoect to watch much tv as channel availability is limited

Nice November stay

Loved the pool and the fitness room was good. Breakfast in not included and is average okay. Dinner was not good because our chicken was under cooked and boring. There are good restaurants in Bantry. Expect harder beds than the States. Or at least California. If you are not a walker this hotel is a little far from the main city center of Bantry. However, there is a walking trail that goes into town through the Sailing Club. Overall, this is a good hotel and we enjoyed our 4 night November stay.

Ok stay

First night was terrible. Din was poor bland madras ans burger bun was burnt and burger u set cooked. Fan in bathroom would not turn off even with all switches turned off and keycard removed, It kept making a humming noise all night. Could not sleep much at all first noght. Talked to the front desk and was re-allocated a new room for second night. We did not have eat in hotel on 2nd night. Slept good and enjoyed a nice swim in pool before we departed. Overall an ok stay, would we come back ???
