FYI we stayed Solaire across for 7 days prior to Seda & Seda hotel had better customer service rendered by all staff. We are booked again in January 2026 at Seda BGC and hoping to get same service. "It was really a staycation for our dad away from the threat of the super typhoon. We stayed in a suite room and it was just right. The staff in the hotel are accommodating and courteous, finding ways to meet our needs. He uses a wheel chair and the entryways, hallways are indeed proven for accessibility. He is usually picky about where he stays but he was quite happy. Just a note for improvement, the toilet and shower facilities do have handle bars for safety however, it would have been complete if there is provision of a shower bench or stool."

"Obviously new rooms that are very spacious and clean. And the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay is even incomparable with breakfast other hotels with slightly more expensive rates as the line up of food was very good. We're already planning to come back soon. "
