"Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas."

"The host owners were excellent, always helpful and good attitude with our questions and requests for meals, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. "It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly).
