Gîte located on the ground floor of a house in the heart of the locality Féroussat in the town of Bansat. On the 1st floor is gîte 1299 Chez Achille et Rosalie. This house has a history since it housed the ancestors of the owner. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. You will find there: a dining kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom and separate toilets. Shared with the other gîte, you can enjoy the adjoining enclosed land with garden furniture and barbecue. Another open land with a nice view of the Chaîne des Puys is accessible. Electric heating is included in the price. You will be 12 km from Issoire, near the Château de Parentignat, the village of Usson classified as "Most Beautiful Village in France". You can also shine throughout Auvergne. Located in the Regional Natural Park of Livradois-Forez, the country of Bansat offers tourists a wide choice of varied landscapes.
