Our biggest complaint is that we didn’t know we had bring our own coffee and shower soap. There are limited coffee shops on the mountain.

Great location on the mountain! Condo was cute, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Perfect place for a little getaway! We saw deer everyday, location was peaceful, easy to access.

Super Close to Beech Mountain

Skied a couple of days at Beech Mountain. This place is literally right around the corner from the entrance to the mountain. Very clean and perfect for a short vacation. Lots of wildlife! Owner was very responsive to an email I submitted when I first checked in.

Beautiful home, easy parking, and close to all the fun

My partner and I loved staying here. Great 3 day getaway. If it wasn’t for the foggy and cloudy weather we would have had an amazing view of the mountain (we got a lovely glimpse every now and then but it was a very rainy weekend)

Cozy and Cool

We loved the weather in Beech Mountain! Short drive to Banner Elk for many delicious places to eat. Fred’s General store had a good breakfast and we enjoyed Holy Smokes BBQ Small place, but all 2 people need. Friendly neighbors. Easy place to walk our dog. No real view this time of year, but it might be better in the winter. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location - NO A/C

The apartment was in a great location to Beech Mountain and newly renovated. Very clean and great communication with host but there was no A/C so it was very hot for a stay in the summer. Would return in a cooler time of year to this rental.

Mountain trip

Everything was ok except there was mold all over the shower curtain liner. I recommend replacing. It would be nice to provide coffee and tea for guests. Otherwise we had a nice visit.

Location was perfect

Enjoyed being close to everything. Condo was the perfect size for 2 people and one dog. Communication w host was spot on. Furniture, including bed, was not comfortable. Bring your own pillows! Bed pillows felt like flat bricks. Bathroom door didn’t fully close (not a huge deal I guess if you’re solo or tight with anyone staying) Only way you could cook is if your brought all your own oils, butter, etc. which is not I’m used to when staying in an air bnb type place. Typically condiments are provided. Overall, it was ok for a couple days but would’ve been a challenge to stay for, say a week.

It was ok

We came to visit family so we just needed a place to sleep but when we got to the cabin and tried to take a shower, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Mold in the tub and the shower curtain liner. I reached out to the host and was told there was cleaner under the sink. I cleaned it and then found that the toilet and sink also weren’t clean. So I cleaned the whole bathroom. The whole time we were there it just didn’t feel comfortable but it was just for a couple of nights. It always could have been worse.

Beech Mt.

We had a wedding on Beech Mountain and rehearsal dinner in Banner Elk. Perfect location for both.Very curvy road to the unit but we had a great stay.

Incomparable winter scenery!

This was our first trip to Beech Mountain and we could not have loved it more! Having a place in walking distance but still far enough away to be quaint and quiet, and enjoying the beautiful white winter scenes and wildlife was perfect! We will definitely be back for another ski trip, if not many! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and clean. Good size bedroom was perfect for the amount of bags it takes to haul winter clothing/gear. Could use some coat hooks to hang up stuff to dry after a day in the snow. Parking was tricky. This should probably be listed as “4WD required in winter conditions”. Upper Holiday Ln was not cleared or treated and I had to get a running start to make it up the drive. Pretty dangerous. The kitchen was well equipped and has new, large fridge and smooth top stove. All in all, this is a nice place to stay, just a couple minute drive to the resort. I didn’t find a walkway to take to the resort and to walk the road is not safe for children. (Listed as 11 minute walk to resort) We would stay here again.

Close to Beech, Nice View, Older Unit

The condo is in a great location, really close to the resort and easy to find. This place is just enough of what you need for a weekend, but it's aging and offers very limited amenities. The coat and towel hooks were broken and there are no toiletries provided. The bed was pretty comfortable and it's nice to have coffee makers and a washer and dryer.

Great place for a family ski trip

We had an incredible stay. The location is right next to Beech Mountain resort and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Owners were responsive and the rental had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Perfect!!

We had a great stay! The property was clean and the kitchen had everything needed if you wish to cook during your stay. It was a snowy weekend and we had great views from the patio. Walking distance to Beech Mountain for snowboarding. We are looking forward to staying here again!!
