The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Remove all perishable items
- All garbage must be removed and disposed
- Do not leave any garbage outside or the front porch in order not to attract local wildlife
- Load and start dishwasher
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
-We leave our fireplace on “pilot” setting, please do not turn it off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
