Great place and excellent location. Walkable to a lot of fun activities! Our family had a great time. Activity center was a hit for our kids that are 4 and 8.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Outstanding views across the valley and up close visits from deer right outside the balcony. Highly recommend this property to anyone headed to Beech Mountain!!

Great place to relax after a day on the slopes!

We truly enjoyed the redone condo after skiing each day. It is one of the few places I have found there that has a King bed which is nice! Our daughter enjoyed having her own room to relax in. We played the games that were in the condo and cooked in kitchen. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed!

Great Unit

This Beech Mountain was spacious, comfortable and clean with good amenities. The views were great and it was nice to have laundry facilities in the unit. It is a long walk from parking to get to the entry way, but easily walkable.

Love the Mountains

Nicely decorated, well stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils. Loved the pool and rec opportunities. Great beds. Could use more towels for a family of four, and an ottoman for the easy chair would be nice.

Great stay

The complex is a bit older but this unit was very well decorated and felt updated and cozy. Very spacious and perfect for 4 people. Only 4 minutes from Beech Mountain slopes, which was very continent and just up the hill from a great pizza shop. Loved the amenities including hot tub, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. Only complaint would be that the amenities building opened at 9:30am and closed at 10pm. There were multiple moments when my friends and I wanted to go in earlier and/or later

a perfect little getaway for two

We loved our time at Sweet Escape. It was well stocked with the essentials, the perfect size for two people to spend a week away, and had everything we needed to work from "home". Wifi was decent - we never had an issue. The amenities were a big hit! The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were a major bonus in the November cold. The pingpong and pool table were also so nice to be able to pop over to as a break from the wfh monotony. There are plenty of places to eat close by. Highly suggest First Chair Coffee for your daily cup. Would stay again for sure!

Nice little condo

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Kitchen was well stocked and the livingroom was comfortable. Beds were adequate but pillows were pancake flat or lumpy. Getting to the unit was tricky signage is not great. Also accessing the unit from the parking lot is interesting there is no easy direct route.

Everything you need - close to Beech Mountain Resort

Solid, clean, affordable option for a Beech Mountain getaway. I typically spend most of my days on the slopes, and this condo was a very comfortable place to come back to. Well stocked, good amount of space, full-kitchen, comfortable living room with ample seating, large laundry room with supplies, great water pressure and heat. The game room, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were a nice plus if you're comfortable in a public area meeting new people. It was a decent walk up and down stairs to reach specific condo, but not a suprise given the description and past reviews. Though I went in winter, I saw a ton of outdoor games for summer weather - pickleball, shuffleboard, picnic tables, etc. If you're not looking for private cabin stay, this is a great option for families and friends where you'll feel comfortable, have some bonus amenities, and still be close to all of the Beech Mountain activities.

Quiet and relaxing stay

The home was well furnished and clean. It was also in a great location! Only 5 minutes to multiple eateries as well as a general store where we could buy groceries. It was also only a 6 minute drive to a few hiking trails and within walking distance of a playground for our kids. It’s a great place to stay to explore Beech Mountain and the surrounding areas. Also, gorgeous views and every person we interacted with about town was very friendly. Really enjoyed our time here! The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the extra amenities like shuffleboard, putt putt, and tennis were not available because it wasn’t clear where to find the equipment. And though the home is clean and well renovated, the building in which it is situated is very shabby and needs some much needed renovations.

Nice place but terrible property

This condo is well-equipped and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. The view off of the deck is beautiful. However, the property itself is in bad shape and is a terrible design. It took us a while to even figure out where the condo was. The numbering system is ridiculous. Make sure you get a map of the location of the condo. Don't count on the signage to help you.
