This beautiful, newly built home is a short drive from the Banner Elk Winery, just outside historic Banner Elk. With three bedrooms, beautiful finishes throughout, and a large deck overlooking breathtaking mountain views you may never want to leave!

Enter the open concept great room. Spacious, vaulted, tongue and groove ceilings are met by the rising gas fireplace with two full size sofas, one a sleeper, situated around the fireplace and smart TV. A wall of windows overlooks the lovely views of the valleys and mountains beyond.

The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and granite counters. The dining table has room for everyone. The laundry center and half bath are near the kitchen, as well.

The first bedroom is a King suite with TV. The private bath has a tiled shower and double marble vanities. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV, and a shared bath with a tiled combination tub/shower and double granite vanity.

Outside is covered space on the large deck with views of the mountains in each direction. Dine outside at the table and chairs or hang out on the comfortable cushioned sofa, loveseat and chair.

No matter where you go and what you do while exploring in the mountains, you're sure to love coming home to Constellation Prize!

- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- This home has an outdoor fireplace that non functional and is decorative only. .
- MontEagle is an up and coming community with several lots new homes being built. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- This home exterior is monitored by a security camera facing the front of the home monitoring the entry area.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
