Our Chalet-style Cabin has 4BR/3BA/Sleeps10 with some of the best sunrises we've ever seen, long range layered & panoramic views & also seasonal views of the famous "Grandfather Mountain profile." 3 back decks offer plenty of room to relax. Central Location & 1 mile to Hawksnest. Our Game Room has a Pool Table & Game Table, along with a large sofa & 55" TV. Our Main Floor Living Room offers an additional large sofa & 55" TV.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

*Please leave sheets/quilts on beds so cleaners can treat stains. *Leave sofa bed OR travel crib out (don't fold up) & leave sheets on. *Place used towels on bathroom floors. *Replace all 6 TV remotes

*Hot Tub: Reset to 102 degrees, leave on, close & lock cover. *Grill: Turn off Gas, Clean & cover. *Fire Pit Table: Turn off Gas, Clean spills & put cover on table.

*Please turn OFF all 9 baseboard heaters if you turned any on. *Turn off fireplaces. *Close & lock any windows you opened. *Would you please leave a 5 star review if you enjoyed your stay?

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

***Min. Age 25. ***No Parties / Events. ***Pet Fee $150 & must be house-trained, crated, mature & well-behaved dogs. No other animals/No pee pads.

***Exceptions Require: $500 security deposit (held, not charged & returned if no damages) + ID submission, just like hotels + Sign agreement.
