"The cleanliness of this property left much to be desired. The floor was sticky, like it had been mopped with a sticky substance. Our shoes would literally stick to the floor. The on property parking was difficult to get to because of the narrow alley and the accumulation of trash. "

"The apartment itself was spotless. The linens were fresh and the beds super comfy. That’s the good news. The not so good news is that this property is not good for short term stays. It lacks a lot of the basics: coffee maker, can opener, dishes (there were plates but no bowls), any basic kitchen stuff like salt and pepper, and a toaster. There was only intermittent hot water in the shower. On our last day there was NO hot water at all. The entrance to the property is a mess but the neighbors all very friendly and the location is great. The oven was broken so we had to cook everything in the microwave. None of the windows open so it gets a bit stuffy. That being said with some attention to the things I mention would make this an ideal place for short term stays. The owner is very responsive!!!"
