"We were unable to check in until 15:50 we arrived at the property at 14:20. There were 40-50 there with their luggage also waiting to check in. It was very crowded there was no place to sit or stand there was no system in place everyone had to keep queuing at reception to check if the room was ready."

"Convenience location the only problem was that the rooms and especially the bathrooms were so small that by the time you had your suitcases in the room, you couldn’t move any longer however they did have one of the most wonderful beds I ever slept in so if you travel with very little luggage, it’d be perfect"

"We arrived and were given a room for guests with disabilities initially, which we did not request, however the staff were very helpful in offering an alternative when another room became available after the first night. Staff were very helpful overall and the breakfast and drinks service was very good. This hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of Dublin. Our room was facing the street, that was quite loud into the night, however by closing the windows and using the fan this was no problem. We would recommend this hotel for a stay in Dublin."

"We booked the twin deluxe room and it was very nice. The beds, blankets and pillows were all super comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. This room had plenty of room for 2 people to share. The shower had great water pressure and towels were BIG! Loved the robes and slippers also. I had contacted the hotel a handful of times before our trip and they responded fast and had everything noted upon arrival! The ac worked great and I requested a room in the back out of fear of noise on the road at night, we did not hear a peep, so if you are a light sleeper make sure to request a room off the street. One elevator was down but it didn’t seem to take too long to get the other one."
