"Beautiful place, clean, beautiful and very convenient location right in the middle of zone 10 in Guatemala City. Great restaurants nearby and easy to move from there to everywhere in the city. "
"This is a comfortable affordable place to stay near the airport. This is not a tourist location. It is very industrial lots of street noise. However, if you’re looking for a quick place to stay near the airport, I recommend it. Found."

Hotel Capri
10/10 Excellent
"Overall this hotel is very good and I would stay again. It’s quiet and close to Civic centre and historic centre "
"Located in the heart of Zona 4. Lots of restaurants and bars close by in the safe neighborhood. Shared rooftop with an excellent view of the city. Fast consistent internet for remote workers. The power went out a few times during thunderstorms, but for only around 5 minutes each time. "
"Vivotel exceeded our expectations. The place is really modern once you enter and very well maintained, it is designed very well, the decor was very warm and welcoming with several seating area and even a little lounge space in the back. The rooftop has an all around view of the city and is great to hang out and chat, it also included a newly launched restaurant where you can grab some drinks and food. The apartment itself gave a very homely feeling, with kitchen and mini dining area, living, bathroom and spacious bedroom. Keypad entry for each apartment, motion sensor lights in the hallways so you'll always know when someone enters the floor, 24hr security guard, security room, laundry room on the main floor and an elevator though we preferred the stairs. The street is very calm and quiet and at night, and in the day just a block over you'll find one of the busiest streets with everything you can think of. Very safe as you have multiple police and army patrols up and down. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, we had no issues at all. Definitely will go back. "
"Clean and comfortable. Not the Ritz, but quite adequate, and for the price, who could want more? People were friendly, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. I had paid for a room with a shared bathroom, but they voluntarily gave me to a room with a private bathroom. Locals told me that the neighborhood is dangerous, and that may be so - but the follks I encountered in various stores nearby seemed quite nice and decent."
