"There is a sign painted on the glass near the front door that says "Reception", however, once you lug your luggage up some stairs, you enter the bar/restaurant area and are instructed that the entrance to the hotel is around the back. Not very welcoming. Second issue is that the entire back of the hotel in under construction. Extremely noisy with constant drilling and banging. At 4:00 pm, we asked the receptionist at what time the work would stop for the day, and she looked at her watch and...
