"Overall our stay at Rotana was excellent. Good sized spacious clean room and bathroom for a family of 4. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and approachable. My only negative was that it is a bit of distance for ladies area in the haram. As ladies sections are top right and top left when facing the haram. There is no live egg station, but a variety of eggs are available on the breakfast buffet. And there is a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay on this side of the Haram."

"It was great from the check in point. We were assisted by Adel and then assisted with a great check out from Moayad. Staff was soooo friendly and Amr who took care of our room treated us so sweetly. We are taking home great memories because of the staff!"

"This was my first stay in Al Madinah and I am very impressed and happy with Elaf Taiba! They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond to help you. Pros: - Luxurious feel, warm welcoming at checking with Hibscus tea - Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah - Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view. Cons: None I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4. "
