"some insects are crawling in bed. one of our guests had diarrhea probably because of the water. toilets are not clean. mirrors in the toilet are not clean, just saying the caretakers did not prepare for occupancy. location was awful- we need to pass a narrow dirt road with people living in the area. "I had high hopes for this hotel. It’s not worth what we paid for. You’re basically paying for an overpriced cabin that has moldy toiletries, and really bad service. No one was even there to welcome you. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Philippines. Please don’t waste your time or money! If you’re in Alaminos you might as we’ll go to Thunderbird resort for the experience & great service. "
