Classified 4 * (furnished tourism 2019), the house Kerguénolé is located in the heart of the island, between Locmaria and the Palace. It is close to the village of Bangor and a 10-minute bike ride from Herlin Beach.
It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, independent and distributed to ensure the best comfort.
Particular care has been taken in the decoration and furnishing.
The garden is among the 'highlights' of this rental and is the result of more than 20 years of work and maintenance by the owners. Rose bushes, fig trees, olive trees, laurels and other eucalyptus rub shoulders lavender, mimosas and palm trees on a surface of more than 4000m2.
The diversity of the selected species gives it an exceptionally long flowering during the beautiful season.
The house can accommodate up to ten people.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Kerguénolé. La maison a beaucoup de charme, est très bien équipée et le jardin est très agréable. La location est bien située à côté de Bangor et du Palais, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et prêt à rendre le séjour de ses hôtes le plus agréable possible.

Une maison chaleureuse au jardin enchanteur
Séjour de 2 semaines très agréable. Beaucoup de cachet et d'originalité, aux atipodes des locations impersonnelles et standardisées. Le jardin est très beau, on ne se lasse pas de l'explorer et de profiter de l'ombre de l'eucalyptus. Le hameau de Kerguénolé est très bien situé pour rayonner dans Belle-Ile.

Maison vraiment agréable et belle
Idéal pour deux familles, nous étions neuf.
Bonheur d'arriver dans une maison porteuse d'un esprit, remplie des meubles, déco, photos, livres, dvd, objets des propriétaires, cela change de l'impersonnalité triste et sèche des maisons de location traditionnelle.
Deux belles chambres - d'un certain romantisme même pour la chambre matrimoniale de la maison principale - pour les adultes, au rez-de chaussée des deux maisons.
Magnifique jardin, délicieux à vivre, ombres parfaites sur la table du déjeuner, grâce aux arbres plantés avec savoir faire par le propriétaire il y a de nombreuses années.
Disposition idéale des deux maisons, reliées entre elles mais suffisamment éloignée pour que personne ne soit dérangé.
Cuisine et salons spacieux et lumineux aux baies vitrées donnant sur le divin jardin.
Seule surprise: le coût un peu élevé de location des linges de bain, non-inclus dans le contrat (200 € pour une dizaine de linges), mais il nous manquait la possibilité de comparer avec un service identique dans d'autres locations.

Très belle maison - Très bonne vacances
La maison est très agréable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le jardin nous a emerveillé et a ravi les enfants ! Les propriétaires étaient présent pour la remise des clés et tout s'est déroulé à merveille.
L'ile est magnifique et la météo nous a souri pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.
Nous et nos amis sommes très satisafait de nos vacances et esperons revenir vite.
