Staff are very good and polite. Housekeeping is very good. Several restaurants near-by + on-site restaurant. Walkable to Rama 3 Central mall. Groceries - Tops and Lotus are walkable. The 2 bedroom unit is spacious. The finishing and decorations for public area are nice, but the room is a little bit worn-out. Some patching and painting could make it a lot better.

Have stayed here multiple times and always felt welcomed. Staff are very friendly. Facilities are good, multiple pools. Breakfast has a good selection and nice area to enjoy. Have always stayed in two-bedroom room, very spacious has own kitchen, priced right.

Relaxing stay in a busy city.

The hotel was a bit difficult to get to by foot, but once there, it had everything you could need. The room was very long, it was a studio but it had a sofa, 2 TVs, kitchen and dining table. The AC was implemented in the most thoughtful way ive experienced in hotels on my week long trip, nextto the bed but not blowing directly onto the bed. The area arroud the hotel was compact, but had all the necessities, 7-eleven within 100m of the front door, restaurants within 300m. Lots of choice for food, Indian, Chinese, Thai, and even a smoothie stand. Also within short walking distance to a Central shopping mall.

The property was ok, and the room had a kitchenette. There were no pots, pans, and cutterly. The surrounding property was a convenient walk to a mini-mart, grocery store, and restaurants. Central Rama 3 Mall 16-minute brisk walk if you don't mind the heat and smog. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that part of Bangkok.

Positive: The staff of the porter, receptionist, cleaning lady and especially in the breakfast area are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious. Cons: The rooms are really old. The TVs are so old and only work restricted. The paint on the ceiling is bulging from water damage. But the quality of the breakfast is really bad!!! It doesn't have to be cheese and it's also ok that the breakfast is more for Asians. But for a four-star hotel, this is the worst we've experienced in over 20 years of Bangkok experience experienced. Conclusion: The staff is great. The rest needs to be renewed, replaced and improved. We wouldn't book the hotel again.

Ummmm.......

1.Soooo.....the kitchenette lacks a burner which means you have a fridge and empty cabinets, riddle me that! 2. Make sure you get a room you can cook in if thats your plan, otherwise you'll have to pay to eat. 3. Property is at least 30 minutes from any entertainment. 4. Santuary of truth is incredibly far so you'll need to get hire a guide, but be sure they don't rush you, they like to rush you in Bangkok, all the way around. 5. If you like sleeping on a hard bumpy floor, their beds are right up your alley. 6. Customer service was good, dispite a few of the women at the reception desk. 7. Laundering works if your lucky. Only one of the dryers work the others will take your 80baht. 8. If your looking to lay out in the sun you can count that out, pool outdoor but covered. Other than that i mean at least they hard hotter than luke warm water. This is a resort style hotel so plan accordingly. I won't be back, but far for me to judge ones experience. Just plan accordingly 😌
