Another unhappy customer

We had two stays at this hotel over two weeks and when we arrived for the first time at this hotel at around 9pm we were told our two rooms were "broken" and pushed to another hotel which was in a less than satisfactory area without shops and readily available taxis. It looks like we are not alone in experiencing being bumped to a less than satisfactory second option hotel. Also i always thought that the concierge/porter role was to help you, not hold you to ransom over getting a larger taxi for four people for you at an inflated rate and when questioned to be told, i have the contacts, you don't. Don't ruin your holiday by booking with this group of hotels.

宿泊料が安く 非常に有り難かったのですが…… 壁が薄く 隣部屋の騒ぎが酷かった……。 ホテルの責任ではないですが……。 WiFiの具合も あまり良くなく 常に繋がりにくい状況でした。 結局は値段が安いと こうなりますかね……。

Horrible experience!

first they couldn't find my reservation, they finally they gave me a room but there was no electricity, so I had to move to another room with two beds. There were cockroaches everywhere! No elevator, breakfast was very limited. The next day they moved me again. Don't think I ever coming back there

Okay if just looking for a clean bed.

This is a great area near shopping ,restaurants and stree vendors. Patpong night market is a five minute walk down the same street , and ten minutes to the pier. The room was spacious but on the tired side. Would not take much to make it better. Had a lot of trouble with Internet falling out but it did work well in the lobby. Porter tried hard to fix . Ask Male desk staff if you need anything,they were very helpful. Breakfast was poor. Okay hotel if you are just looking for a clean bed . We travel to Thailand often and you get what you pay for.

Good location, poor stay

We booked a room at Silom location but was moved to Bangkok location without prior notice. Furthermore we were told check in at 2pm was available but later informed at 4pm. Having pointed out 4pm was acceptable we were given a room that was not in the Bangkok hotel but rather in a apartment building in proximity. It was clear the new room has not been stayed in a while, rotting smell came out of the sink drainage. The shower drainage was poor, water flooding.

連續三到五天飯店人員態度都很差，有付加床錢，飯店沒安排好，第一天讓三個人睡一張床！雖然有因此升房型，但此房竟然熱水壞掉！到入住第三天熱水關不掉！整夜聽水聲睡覺！非常便宜的飯店，能不被影響旅遊心情再住。

除了便宜及地點位置不錯，其他很難評價

1.櫃台友善，但要注意退房押金要主動索回，感覺服務人員的態度很可議(會裝傻)，這一點很令人感冒 2.早餐客人品質參差不一，遇到其他未成年但至少十幾歲小房客感冒咳嗽是對著早餐來來回回的咳上去，看到都不敢吃，飯店不管事 3.早餐櫃台主要管理人(女)對於華人用的詞語不友善，但是遇到特定種族的客人(疑似中東)卻變得非常有禮貌，感覺不好 4.價格真的便宜，地點也好，預算考量下還是可以住。

我們被A錢，原先訂一晚含服務業1809元，1/30那天入住告訴我們飯店有問題，換到他們的姊妹店，說有遊泳池，但是一晚網路查1100到1500(打折後），沒退差額，房間浴室和洗手台都積水，落漆到不行

A little dissapointing

We found the hotel a little bit dissapointing. The location is very good, near to the MTR station and walking distance from Patpong but that's about where the superlatives end. The reception staff and concierge were rather aloof, we asked for a twin room and rceived a room with two twin beds joint together by one sheet eventhough the head of the bed was prepared for two separate ones. There was also only one duvet and one pillow. The furniture seemed rather worn out and the shower curtain had holes in it, Overall, it wasn't a horrible stay but nothing really special either.

การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่ประทับใจเลย เพราะเราคอนเฟิร์มกับทางโรงแรมประมาณ 2 อาทิตย์ก่อนเข้าพัก และแจ้งเลยการจองกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมแล้ว แต่วันเข้าพักกับแจ้งว่าไม่มีห้องให้เข้าพัก และให้เราไปพักโรงแรมในเครืออีกทีซึ่งไกลจากสถานที่ที่เราต้องไปติดต่อธุระ และเราแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ประสงค์ที่จะพักที่เดิม เราได้ห้องอีกทีประมาณ 21.30 น.

시내중심에 가까운 곳에 위치하여 편했으며, 50m반경내에 다양한 레스토랑이 많음. 고속화도로 진출입로와도 가까우며, 호텔 내부도 깔끔하게 정리가 잘되어있습니다.

料金で割り切ればいいホテル

料金の割にはコスパはいい方だと思います。Wi-fiも無料で使えるし、場所も悪くない。部屋のアメニティですが、ティッシュはありません。トイレットペーパーを使えと言われます（笑）。近くのセブンで買ってこないと不自由です。メモとペンもありません。Wi-fiはたまに繋がらなくなることもあります。他には石鹸とシャンプーはあります。バスタブがないのになぜかバスジェルがあり、これで身体を洗えということなのでしょう。この辺りは持参した方がよさそうです。セーフティボックス、ベッド、洗面台、デスクなど、あらゆるところに古さを感じさせます。ロケーションはシーロムのソイ１９で、ホリデイインシーロムの近くです。食べたり買い物したりするには便利ですがBTSに乗るには10分くらい歩きます。敷地内にはレストランが３軒あり、女性に人気の『ナラヤ』もあります。スターバックスもすぐ近く。宝石関係の仕事で来ている方が泊まるケースが多いですね。料金なりに、多くを望まないのであれば使いやすいホテルだと思います。

정말 저렴한 숙박료로 편하게 지냈습니다.

숙소에서 오래 머무를 계획이 아니어서 저렴한 호텔을 찾고 있었습니다. 웬만한 게스트하우스 가격에 호텔을 이용할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 장점이 있습니다. 건물이 다소 오래된 느낌이 있지만 시설 관리를 깨끗하게 해서 큰 불편함 없었고, 에어컨도 빵빵하게 나와서 시원하게 지냈습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했구요. 다만 3층 건물이어서 계단을 이용해야 하는 점이 살짝 아쉬운 점이지만, 크게 불편하진 않습니다. 호텔에서 단순히 잠만 잘 계획인 분들에겐 더할나위 없이 좋습니다. 수영장, 조식 등 호텔 편의시설을 기대하시는 분들에겐 좀 별로일 수 있지만 저렴한 가격으로 쾌적하게 머물 곳을 찾으신다면 딱인 호텔입니다.
