It was convenient to go around hiwever unfortunately the noise was too much from the trafic outside and the Train. Staff were nicecas you expected in Thailand. Swimming pool is very small

Great location, great staff, great breakfast/bar, pool needs renovation, tiles in pool were loose and looked very worn out. Not an inviting place. Comfort was great with great room. But massive construction right outside room. Was extremely noisy from 06 in the morning till late. Should be announced when booked that this was the case.

Amazing place and friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and made out stay special. The room is small but the bed was comfortable. Room and hotel is clean and new. Recommeded to everyone!

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Definitely recommend. Breakfast at the 1st floor restaurant is a highlight, featuring an extraordinary variety of delicious and high-quality options. The restaurant provides a pleasant atmosphere with a selection of delectable salads, fan cakes, and buggers. Especially, Ms.Ying and Ms. Pim were very kind and we were touched by service of the restaurant every morning. The hotel’s location is superb, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers.

Temporary storage of luggage before check-in and after check-out was also supported, which was very helpful.The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast menu was also fun every morning. However, it was easy to decide that there was a photo about Thai food.The rooftop bar was also nice and the best!

Staff were excellent and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. The only down side was I had no hot water in the shower which was disappointing. I would rather trade in the luxury sheets for a good hot shower.

Poor hotel management

I choose this hotel due to central location but also because my hotels vip would give me free room upgrade. I got the upgrade. Nice large room with kitchen. I needed to change room after first noisy night. Very poor location towards busy road and no soundproof windows at all. I’m possible to rest. So much for that upgrade. I’m my vip upgrade there is also one free 600bath drink ticket. But not including alcohol free beers. What?!? Why this choice from manament? Same goes for happy hour. Not including alcohol free beers. Many hotel management choices that gave bad impression.

We had an incredible experience, the staff were very helpful and soo kind. Tastoria staff even helped arrange a surprise for my new wife on our honeymoon, I could not be more thankful and grateful!! The breakfast was 10/10, so many options and all were delicious. I will absolutely be recommending Tastoria Collection Hotel Sukhumvit to any and all travellers in the future!!
