The most convenient hotel to stay.very clean also. It is walking distance right in between Terminal 21 and EmSphere. 2nd time in Bangkok and I've stayed here both times.

Great location, easy access to everything! Amazing bed! New and tasteful room! Hot water and good showers Even a small roof top pool with nice view. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Bangkok.

Nice small hotel located within quick walks to shopping, dining and bars. Clean, but showing a little age. The worst thing is the rooms have unfortunately laid out bathroom designs. No privacy when doing your business in the w/c. The bathing area has a tub and shower behind a privacy door. Very strange design.

Perfect for everyone who likes to live midst the Bangkok buzz and nightlife. If you like it rather quiet, the area is not for you. We got used to it but sure was a lill loud and the room came with its little ticks (no light switches as such). After figuring it out, it was all good, just a question of getting used to things for one week.

the room was great, great bed and bath tub, lots of space, no real windows in the room but idk if like that for all rooms, pool was very small but was able to swim a bit, gym has very minimal equipment and i couldn't get the air conditioning to work but i didn't bring up that issue to staff

It’s not bad for the price lots of construction so if you’re considering getting sleep past 9 am in the morning you might as well forget it because there’s jackhammers going all day. Smells a bit mouldy and musty in the main lobby and in one of the rooms we stayed in. Overall not bad for the price but kind of a two or three star although the staff is really nice..

The perfect stay..

Was looking for a hotel to just relax, have a time out.. I chose the perfect place.. The room was fantastic, bed was so comfortable and the Jacuzzi bath was to die for... Very clean hotel.. The staff were amazing,, very helpful.. If your a first time traveller to Bangkok, the staff would be able to point you in the right direction every time.. Looking forward to saying G'day again.. PS; When waking a taxi from the airport, make the driver aware the hotel is in a lane ( mini soi ) off Soi 20.. Happy Days..

Bad experience

It is a horrible place. I lasted only 20 minutes I don’t think places like hotels.com should advertise places like this. Paid for 2 nights Stayed less than 20 minutes could not go out fast enough. For future travelers note There is no windows. There is no showers. Everywhere a sign that says must keep quiet after 9 pm. For god sake this is Bangkok we are talking about. For a place that offers nothing. They were very strict on noise levels. Zero chance of recommendation Total waste of 2 nights money. Note to fellow travelers. It’s is off the side street. Surrounded by bars and brothels and they say no noise sound funny to me

Booked 3 nights in a room with a “city view” and “blackout curtains” listed in the amenities. When I arrived, the room had no window. Hair was on the floor of the room, in the sink and shower. I asked to switch rooms and was told the “city view” rooms were sold out. I’m not sure how you allow someone to book a sold out room and say nothing when the person checks in. I was shown another room that was also dirty. Asked for my money back, and was assured that I would get a full refund. I was given a copy of the email from the manager to Expedia stating that I would get a full refund. Later when I contacted Expedia, I was told the manager of the hotel had not authorized a refund. Even though I sent a copy of the email I had been given from the manager, I had to contact Expedia 3 more times about this. Each time, it was escalated to another department, and I received the same generic reply saying “sorry” they weren’t able to process the refund. After the 4th time, Expedia was able to get the refund approved. This took 3 weeks. I wonder how many people would have just given up and lost the money? This is a bad review on Expedia too. I have booked faithfully for YEARS, but I am considering switching fully to Agoda. One last remark on the hotel: when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to contact me about my refund, I watched the front desk attendant give the same dirty windowless room to the next traveler who had just walked in…without cleaning it. Enough said.

とにかく最高です。清潔感もあってスタッフも良い方ですし、立地も良くてすぐ近くにマッサージ屋さんもあってお土産を買えるところもあって食堂もありますし、少しだけ歩きますがコンビニもあります。リピ確定ですね。
