Deposit for room key. And they want you to leave the key when you leave the hotel to go anywhere. Deposit for hair dryer that barely works. Do not clean the room good at all. Showers often go out during the day you cannot take a shower no water. There is no amenities at all you have to pay for everything

ホテルの名前が複数あるためタクシーで向かう場合は運転手に場所を知ってるか確認してから乗車したほうが良い。 客室のドアは閉まる音が大きく、廊下も声が響くため、深夜の防音に問題がある。 歩いて1分でコンビニ(セブン)があるので便利だった。 空港までの送迎を頼んだところ200バーツだった。

Payed extra for airport pick up but they didnt and when i called them they said "dont have". Restaurant wasnt open, breakfast served in plastic to eat in the room. No wifi in the room. And for wifi in the lobby you have to pay !!!

さ再利用

以前に一度利用してトランジットとしてしては快適だったので、再利用しました。直前の予約で深夜チェックインにもかかわらずスムーズにチェックインでき快適でした。ただ、今回はwifi が部屋で使えませんでした。

There is absolutely no free wifi at this hotel. Additionally there is no gym here either, aside from a stair master machine and a couple of free weights. Very disappointed as both of these things are listed as "included" on the hotel's Expedia page.

Er was in de kamer 507 gespoten met een naar kamfer ruikend bestrijdingsmiddel tegen “rats”. Men spoot , na onze klacht wel met rozengeur, maar dat verdween na de half uur. De volgende morgen kwam een specialist die onder de sondering keek en weer spoot. De nacht daarop NIET geslapen. Advies aan balie gegeven, kamer eerst in orde brengen dan weer verhuren. Wij hadden gerekend op een andere kamer, en die waren er.

Good service from bellboy, he brough our luggages to our room. Nice lobby, but building 2 is a bit old and poor wifi connection, no wifi in the room. Saw the photos of snooker before, that's why I booked this hotel. But finally everything needs extra charges. No dental kits provided. Bedsheat a bit dirty. Close to the airport, and they have shuttle bus service. But the fee is a bit expensive, getting a taxi is cheaper.

Paid for return transfers but tried calling many many times but the line was engage and no body picking up. Emailed twice about the airport transfers but there was no response. Rude response from the male staff, no apology when asking about the paid shuttle to pick us up from airport and the no response email / non- pickup call. Not coming here ever again.

There was no wifi in rooms but listing says there was wifi in rooms , misleading customers .I had my airport transfer included in the package and even tried to make contact with the property couple of weeks ago , but no response from property and had to take a cab , staff was very rude and not polite

深夜便で到着してそのままタクシーでホテルに向かいました。空港からは15分ほどでチェックインはパパッと済んだのですぐに休むことが出来ました。値段を考えると寝るための部屋としては広くて綺麗で満足だったと思います。 不満をあげるならバスタオルがなんだかボロボロだったことと、フロントの方が素っ気なかったことです。 周辺は歩いていないので分かりません。

送迎利用時片道150B、コンビニは少し遠い

お部屋は建物新しいので快適です。欠点はホテルと空港の送迎。事前に有料であることを明記してあれば良かったけど、送迎を利用すると150Bかかります。往復だと300B。安いから良いけど、事前に明記してほしい。立地は深夜着の為、あまりわからないけど、近くのコンビニまで歩いたら20分はかかると思う。空港のコンビニで必要なものを事前購入することをお勧めする。

Smutsigt, riktigt dålig frukost. Otrevlig personal. Vill bara tjäna pengar, lurendrejeri. Beställde taxi via hotellet. Dom skulle ha 1000bath. Tillbaka tog vi privat taxi o betalade 300bath för samma sträcka. Inte ens värt det billiga priset, kommer ALDRIG bo där igen.

Dommage! Bel hôtel spacieux, propre et moderne, mais tellement bruyant! C’est comme si cet hôtel était une énorme caisse de résonance... le moindre bruit se répercute à travers tous les étages... insupportable! Et le personnel semble à peine sorti de l’adolescence... pas très dégourdi... et il faut qu’ils se mettent à l’anglais!
