The experience of staying this service apartment is comforting, grand lobby with polite and helpful staffs, very closed to central rama 9 shopping mall and fair night market ,we stayed at 2 bedrooms apartment with friends in the highest level first 6 nights , no sound heard from jodd fair night market, the last night we changed to 1bedroom premier type with my hubby at the lower level, disturbing noise was clear from night market, the bathtub leaking , hot water is not unlimited, specifically choose bathtub room type for our last night, but can’t use it, lift wait long time when morning peak period, almost a half hour, swimming pool protected from the sun through the trip

We are very welcoming of all feedback both constructive and positive regarding the services that we provide.In terms of the rooms, the hotel has a thorough maintenance program for all our rooms. I feel that the gap in attention to detail within our Engineering department during higher business levels and possibly a lack of training has resulted in this disappointing experience. I have taken this up strongly with our Engineering teams and have given instructions to immediately call an urgent meeting with all relevant staff and to address these issues point by point. I am very disappointed with all the issues raised. No amount of apology is enough for this obvious lapse in service.Once again, I would like to thank you for your valuable time, and I do hope you will consider this as one inopportune event and give us another chance to regain your confidence in our products and services.

最高のホテルです
フロントサービスは最高です。部屋も清潔感がありとても良い。ベットメイキングのスタッフの対応も良く気持ちがいい。立地はMRTまで少し歩くが、大型ショッピング店舗やレストランが近隣にありとても便利な場所。またAsokなどに比べ空港までの渋滞に巻き込まれない為、スムーズに空港へ行き来ができる。総じてこのホテルは最高だった。また機会があれば絶対に宿泊したいホテルだ。

The guys at the lobby where the best, they were very helpful giving us the best tips to get around BKK. My daughter arrived with a sprained ankle and one of the boys readily took out the first aid kit and offered whatever we would need from it. 3 days after my daughter could walk well and we went to Bali surfing afterwards. We were so scared we would have to cancel the surfing.

1. Was unable to connect to the wifi throughout the day, every single day of our stay - had to call front desk multiple times to get the internet reset and working. 2. Our 2 bedroom suite wrenched of a very foul smell, cleaners came to try to clean but did but the smell remained. This is unacceptable for a premier room type. 3. AC in room was not working properly. Again, for an upper level room type this is also unacceptable 4. Elevators did not have AC and ventilation. For a hotel that was packed with people, standing in an elevator packed with people with no AC does not seem accommodating and focused on guest experience

We offer room types of units ranging from Studio Executive, One-Bedroom Executive, One-Bedroom Premier to Two-Bedroom Premier. All apartments are well-appointed with a modern selection of amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer for your convenience. We welcome all constructive and positive feedback regarding your experience with us.

It was nice to get upgraded for my first room’s air conditioning problem. They sent me a birthday cake which I did really appreciate. However, there were no air conditioning both in elevators and hallways. A night when I asked for help to go back to the hotel , I was not being help at all from the front deck . Overall, I wasn’t very happy with my stay.

Good stay.
Fantastic family stay. Although a bit set away from everything. Loved this place. But as per Bangkok traffic, really hard to get to key area/tourist hot spots. That said, staff were fantastic. Really enjoyed.
