Staff were superb, always helpful when required, always greeted us with a smile and even helped us with a tour booked with a third party. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, great pillows, everything was clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for more from our short stay.

Loved this place!

We had such a great time staying here! The staff were so nice and helpful! Clean rooms, good breakfast and close to the Grand Palace and other attractions. Easy to get a Grab or tuk tuk and go anywhere you need!

Safe, greatly situated hotel with amazing amenities and awesome breakfast. The only thing I did not like were the poor fish in closed tiny tanks in the dining area..that just seems cruel and the hotel should consider bigger tanks for them!

A great location from which to explore central Bangkok. The property is well looked after, a nice big room with a comfy bed. A dip in the pool was perfect after a day sightseeing. The staff looked after us really well. It was nice to have freshly cooked eggs at breakfast.

Nice stay

Nice family stay in a balcony room. The size of the room is good, the bathroom and balcony are beautiful, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great and everyone is very nice. The view is over an ugly but quiet street. There are people sleeping in the street at night but the area is safe. A/C is very loud.

Great staff and solid location

All of the staff that worked at the hotel were lovely. Everyone who worked there was friendly and always kind and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. It's also a very smart place to stay because you are very near much of the sightseeing! You could walk to several close destinations as well for your needs such as 7-Eleven and places to eat. The breakfast was great! They had such a great selection and it was a wonderful. I only would call out that the beds are very hard. Some people love hard bed so if you like a hard bed this is the place for you. The bed was a little too hard for me, so I found it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it's a well located hotel with solid accommodations and a great staff!

The Hotel is right in the centre, very well located. The staff is friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was mainly british, our daughter (13) had some problems "to find something". Besides that there is nothing to complain and I would surley come back.
