We felt like we got more than what we paid for here. Beautiful and clean room, friendly staff and the restaurant downstairs has an excellent breakfast.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging transportation and any requests I had. Room was huge and very clean.

Disliked: Staff & service
The pros are worth mentioning. The location is convenient, close to nail shops, restaurants, and shopping. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious with a nice patio, and it’s pet-friendly with a rooftop space. Amenities include a 24-hour pool and gym. That said, my stay was far less than ideal. My small Shih Tzu was attacked by a dog on the rooftop. The owner harassed me, used slurs, and threatened me. Despite video proof, management did nothing. Instead of holding the guest accountable, they told me I could only get one free night if I left immediately. They claimed nothing could be done, yet clearly something could since they offered that deal. At that point I knew any valid complaint would be turned against me.
Later, in the gym, an older man exposed himself while exercising in his underwear. Again I showed video evidence, and again management brushed it off. One manager even rolled his eyes and sighed when I explained. His dismissive attitude forced me to say I would no longer tolerate disrespect.
Every week their reservation system failed, forcing me to use Expedia & spend $100+ extra. The Wi-Fi stopped working after the first week. They insisted plugging in a cord would fix it, but it didn’t. Finally they admitted they couldn’t fix it and told me to either deal with it or leave.
The internet & website issues wasted 3–5 hours weekly. Management has been unprofessional, they provide conflicting information time & again, they did not listen to my concerns or follo
Pet friendly hotel. Stuffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean. There were many restaurants nearby. Yen Akat is one of the peaceful neighborhoods in Bangkok.
Limited parking space.
DO NOT STAY HERE. It's not SAFE. I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST & THEY CALLED THE POLICE FOR NO REASON.
This was my second stay at this hotel, & it confirmed that my first experience was not an isolated incident. I was racially profiled, harassed, and treated with extreme disrespect, primarily by a male manager.
The only reason I returned was because there are very limited pet-friendly options. When I arrived, I was ignored at the front desk & had to approach staff myself, which also happened during my previous stay.
On checkout day, I spoke directly with a manager and explained that I would be checking out late. He told me I could pay for a half day, and I agreed. While I was out, I received an emergency call that my dog’s tumor had reopened, was bleeding, & needed immediate veterinary care. I returned around 5:00 PM ready to pay.
Instead, another manager began yelling at me, falsely accused me of refusing to check out, and said, “You always make trouble,” which is not true. He changed the terms, refused Expedia payment, demanded direct payment, and called the police even though I was calm and cooperative. Even the police said I could not be charged a full day.
He refused to give his name, stated on camera he would disrespect me, attempted to search my phone, and withheld my belongings. This experience was humiliating, discriminatory, and unacceptable. What a low budget hotel with incompetent staff who can barely understand English or comprehend basic communication and issues.
The place Is so well maintained and spotless. The cleanliness is top notch. Staff are extremely helpful. The service they provide exceed expectations. Are not just the concierge that provide excellent service…in fact everyone was so prompt in their responses, so efficient and so polite. U could tell they are genuinely nice and are very sincere.

Clean but boring
The place is clean but I thought the interior was boring. Not really my kind of hotel. Our room had no view at all.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
When we arrive very late to the property we were given a wrong room which was annoying because we had just had a long flight and wanted to go to sleep. They fixed it no problem. This is our second time stay here and the front desk people were the same, unhelpful and not really nice. The only thing that saved it was the security guard that was so friendly and made sure that the grab that was picking us up was the right one but unfortunately he wasn't here this time so the best part of the hotel left. Super sad. Also, you can do your laundry which is nice but i would just find a better hotel and go to the laundromat instead of staying here. I real wished i liked it more because conveniently starbucks is a block away.
