The hotel is tucked away from the main street which is nice for privacy and noise control. There is a cafe in the alley leading up to the hotel. The hotel pool is very small, and most people sit by the pool to smoke which I thought was unpleasant. The lobby is nice, and the staff do a good job of maintaining the hotel. The rooms are older and could use an update. I enjoyed the washing machine and the smart TV. Those luxuries were unexpected but great to have during my 10 day stay.

This hotel is literally a five minute walk from the BTS Phrom Phrong stop. There is a wonderful café right next to it. It’s quiet and just far enough removed from the main street that you can get a peaceful sleep. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating whether you need extra pillows or blankets. I stayed here following my knee surgery and they were able to accommodate my every need.

The staffs were friendly. I arrived earlier during the 1st day of my stay. The staff offered me early check in which helped me a lot after the long flight.

This hotel was decent and adequate. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen appliances are a nice touch. Shower is good and and the room is spacious. Friendly front desk. Here’s what concerned us-the lack of security. Front door was unlocked and open for anyone to come in. Then the door that leads to the rooms also seems to remain unlocked. The only time we felt unsafe, and downright scared for our safety was our second night we stayed there. At around 2:15 am we were awoken by a woman screaming down the hallway, almost like she was screaming to keep someone or something out. My heart started racing and I looked up the emergency phone number just in case. After a little bit the screaming stopped, and a few minutes later we heard men’s voices, but we couldn’t hear what they were saying and we don’t understand the language that was spoken. The first night was very quiet even with it being New Year’s Eve. The morning when we checked out nothing was said about the incident, but I would like to know what happened. Our minds were all over the place the night it happened and it really disrupted our sleep. We stayed there Dec 31-Jan 2.

The front desk was not manned 24 hours. If you have an early flight, please make sure you get back the deposit money during the prior evening. Location is good (near to BTS) and the room is clean.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful. Even let me check in hours earlier. Pool was small but refreshing on the hot days. The room was very clean and cookware available with microwave. I definitely would return.

The hotel is set back from the street and is quiet. There is a washing machine on the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable with one bedroom, but it would have been nice if it had better satellite TV reception and a washlet.

This hotel is a little further out than I wanted but if you like some square footage in you accommodation you need to be prepared for a trade off. It's a nice property but if you want a view make sure you get a front facing room. Front desk was helpful, I think the guy lives there. I don't like Asian food and about 50 feet out the front door is what looks like a coffee shop. It has very good food. Very good. Convienient to the Sky Train. Good value.

Quiet area hotel near BTS,Emsphere,Park

Arrived late at the Sereine 39 Hotel at midnight and the staff were good about staying late.Apparently no night manager. Stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the tiny but refreshing pool & quiet,spacious 2nd storey room.Location of the hotel is a 5-7 minute walk to the BTS Prom Phong station.Plenty of street and other food options nearby including food courts at the upscale shopping centres adjacent the BTS. The pleasant Benchakitti Park is located just opposite the EM shopping malls for times when you don’t want to eat or shop. Daily housekeeping and complementary 2 bottles of water were appreciated.Having a modest kitchen with dishes,cooking gear and utensils,sink, storage, microwave and fridge was also a plus. Shower was fussy with a single control for the taps; couldn’t get consistently warm water- either scalding or cool. Overall ,a pleasant lodging experience and good value for the cost.

Small clean hotel. Room had a kitchenette with a large frig and microwave. The bed was a bit hard and the balcony was very narrow and not useful unless air drying clothes. Staff were helpful, but not fluent in English. There were coin washers & dryers available. Pool was small, but I swam mini laps in it. The hotel was a bit far from Phrom Prong BTS (only a 1000 meters, but on a hot day with luggage it was longer than I’d prefer). All said, a good value for the money, but there is a trade off between price and distance to the BTS to consider.
